Not bad with time as I arrived @ 12:45 p.m & was done @ 2 o'clock. When I checked in there were 4 people ahead of me and 3 people behind the desk. As I'm waiting in the lobby only 1 lady (black with long nails…i wish I got her name) at the desk was checking people in and the other 2 people were just sitting. They should have a separate office space if they are working on other tasks because it's not a good look when you have a bunch of patients piling on 1 employee. Leslie the MA was pleasant. I find it odd that it takes 2 to 5 business days for drug test results to come back when this place is open 24 hours and labs do around the clock testing. The Asian doctor (I believe his name starts with a Z) is very pushy and think he know more than my PCP I've been going to since I was 12. He swear I need to get checked for sleep apnea. Mind you he never asked if I ever had a sleep study done before. I'm going to assume this company gets money for sleep study referrals. It's 2026 & y'all keep using BMI and other vital chart references that were made for white people!!! I am overweight and active but haven't been diagnosed with HBP, diabetes or any other health issues. My PCP said I just need to get my weight under control with diet & exercise. All that pushing & I was still DOT certified. So the 2 stars are for Leslie and the other lady at check-in.

I made a 1:00 appointment for a work related physical. I waited for 2 hrs and after another two hrs I was finally done. 4 hours and it wasn’t busy. There were no emergencies and appointments were supposed to be taken first. My 1:00 appointment was ignored and to make it worse The guy at the reception was rude when I got there and on my way out. It was terrible

I arrived early for a random drug screening and checked in with the front desk and then the app and everything seemed fine. However, the front desk or the system didn't work properly and I was made to wait for nearly two hours. I was only seen when I finally said I had to use the lavatory and would have to reschedule.

I've been getting my annual DOT physical exam here for many years to maintain my CDL. Front desk staff have always been courteous and efficient. I particularly want to thank Jeff Peaper, PA-C, who is an exceptional medical professional with a pleasant bedside manner. Also a shout out to Dana for her persistence in relaxing me to get my BP down (having white, pink, red and green coat syndrome).

Ms. Diane and Devon were the most helpful and amazing people that I’ve encountered at this location. Their smiles, professionalism and courtesy should NEVER go unnoticed! At least it won’t with me. I GREATLY APPRECIATE them both and their service today. There’ll be the ONLY REASON why I would refer this location.
