April 2nd or 3rd 2026 was the date I went. Very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate ALL the staff that helped me when I went. The front desk workers are NO slouches. I met a Ms.Tierra, one of the nurse staff, VERY FUNNY and relatable. She helped me calm down from being nervous. And the doctor/physician made the rest quick and easy and was also relatable. I enjoyed my experience and they also allow the children to use the rest room and receive a snack and water!! I love that 💪🏾

I visited the Concentra medical office on February 2nd 2026. The front desk personnel were very courteous, respectful, and professional. The nurse in the back office was respectful, courteous, and professional. The doctor was courteous, respectful, and professional. Overall my experience was great considering the some of recent views I've on here. So, Im happy that I had no problems🙂

I visited this urgent care During check-in, I was asked for my date of birth. I initially stated the month and year because I was momentarily confused, and before I could clarify, the staff member responded with an attitude. When I explained that I was simply confused and meant no issue, the interaction remained unprofessional. I even asked if everything was okay because the tone felt rude, and that seemed to escalate things further. After that, she did not speak to me for the remainder of the appointment beyond giving short directions and telling me to leave. The process itself was straightforward, but the customer service experience was uncomfortable and unnecessarily tense. Professionalism and basic courtesy make a big difference, especially in a medical setting.

0/10 the customer service is TRASH! The lady working the front made a mistake regarding our last name and when she was corrected she gave us a disgusting attitude and made us wait and sit in the waiting basically creating a terrible experience. People who arrived 10 -15 min after us are being acknowledged and taken care of before us. Just ridiculous you can tell it’s nothing but spite and I would never recommend coming here.

Great experience. I came in for a testing for pre-employment. The customer service over the phone and the in office experience were all top tier. Would highly recommend this location for anyone needing testing services.
