Both the nurse and th PA were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I had a positive experience and felt like I was in very good hands. It was very easy to register on my phone, pick a time, and then drive over. I was seen promptly. I would not hesitate to use this center, if you have an urgent care need.

My experiences here have always been positive ones and yesterday was no different. The PA was compassionate and listened. There was not much waiting. I easily made my appointment online. I no longer rush over to Patient First when there’s Urgent Care in the neighborhood. And I was able to get my prescription too.

Everyone is always so nice and professional ! The Triage nurse was very good with my daughter and NP Richards-Clarke was thorough in examination. She made sure she checked everything she could for my daughter. I appreciated their efforts 🙏🏽❤️ Again , of course the team was very nice from the beginning until the end that that's why me and my daughter continue to come to this location and they always take good care of us! Marie Grace Mitchell , CRNP Was extremely informative and checked us thoroughly. I truly appreciated her bedside manner and how she treated my daughter and I I will continue to come back to this urgent care center. Kudos to the team.

I feel horrible and have been waiting for nearly 2 hours what’s the hold up. I’m usually seen and out by now. I didn’t feel like standing at the sign in thing but did. I asked at the desk and was told that I needed to finish my registration on my phone. I feel horrible still. Then I had to take pictures of my cards front and back. While listening to the loud talking and laughing from the front desk. I go to the desk again to be told that I can’t be seen because I need a bank card on file. This new system is not working for me. I hope the next phase of this visit is better.

Very bad service I was there at 8.35pm since they wrote they close at 9pm after wasting my time when it got to 8.45pm they told me they cannot see my children who were not feeling well one being a special need I asked if they would atleast see one of the kids they refused said they were closed after making me drive all the way this is the last time I would ever bring me or my family member to this express care, it's a don't care medical center not express care.
