The assistant Coral was nice enough, the front desk women were friendly, the doctor.. oh my god. On my paperwork it says his name is Nathan Mckoy. He was so unbelievably condescending. I came in with a main complaint of unbearable cramping paired with a concerning amount of blood loss abnormal for me. I was worried i’d had a ruptured ovarian cyst. First off Dr. Mckoy comes in clearly just over the day and frustrated and essentially tells me that my body is just going through changes and i should expect to get acclimated after my recent IUD removal in very early february. Slight cramping and bleeding is absolutely normal following an IUD removal, i’m not stupid, i know my body. something was wrong. I persisted. He says “Well if that’s the case there’s absolutely nothing we can do for you here. Absolutely no urgent care is going to have an ultrasound we can’t help you.” (again i’m not stupid, i looked it up and found that most urgent cares do carry them just some dont and when i tried to call ahead to check nobody answered and i don’t have $300 to just drop on a 10 hour long ER visit). He leaves the room saying the best he can do is check my urinalysis to make sure there’s no infection. He comes back and tells me i’m pregnant. once more, i’m not stupid. I know if that’s the case this is likely a miscarriage. He says nothing of the sort and prescribes me prenatals and tells me that i can NOT take ANYTHING but tylenol because it’ll hurt the baby. It was in fact a miscarriage. Not me “getting acclimated to my hormones”. Thanks doc for somehow turning one of the shittiest things a woman can experience somehow much worse.

My first time and Paula was great very helpful and respectful. Appointment was quick and easy. Doctor and Medical Assistant was great and respectful. Wasn’t even in there for an hour in left with my prescription. Overall great experience. Will be back. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

My interactions with the staff were pleasant, but they were very slow with lab testing (when other urgent care clinics were MUCH faster), taking days to get back to me when a separate clinic was able to get my results and prescription within an HOUR. On top of that, they couldn't explain my test results, and when they emailed them to me, they were password protected, and they wouldn't give me the password. Overall a poor experience. If you have a medical condition that needs urgent attention, avoid like the plague

I did a last minute walk-in and they were quick to get me in and be seen. Very professional great staff and doctor. Thank you.

I’m very pleased with my experience at Express care. I live close and had my neighbor brought me in after I fell on my front sidewalk and had to get 7 stitches The staff was great and took good care of me. thank you
