MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Federal Hill

It's my first time visiting this Urgent Care Center. The sign-in and registration are all done through apps on the phone. I'm a senior and fortunate to know how to navigate the system electronically. It's paperless and a good system. The staff and the doctor who treated me are very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and convenient. I would recommend it to everyone. The waiting time is not bad compared with other facilities.

This was my first time here and it was overall a positive experience! The staff was kind, friendly, and respectful, the facility was clean, and the process was pretty smooth. It was super easy to make an appointment online and all the forms were electronic and easy to follow. The only downside was the waiting time, it didn’t seem very busy but still took over an hour past my appointment time until I was treated, but I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t bother me too much.

We visited this urgent care after my son unfortunately had an accident resulting in a laceration on his eyebrow. The intake process was very fast. We came in close to closing time and felt it was very sweet that we did not feel rushed or like a burden. The doctor was very caring and knowledgeable - my son and I trusted her immediately. The caring nature of the staff made a scary situation much more manageable and we are so grateful to have this resource so close to our home.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility in Baltimore - Hands-down! The staff was inviting, friendly, and caring. The provider really listened to me, was empathetic, and discussed multiple treatment options. That would be best for me. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Urgent Care here at Federal Hill was a very professional courteous and surprisingly efficient and quick. Everything that needed to be done (including X-rays)!... I think I was in and out in about an hour. I was so very impressed with this facility and the entire staff. Highly recommend coming here for any urgent care needs.
