The facility is as clean and the staff were very quick and helpful. I really liked the screen to show where you are in que for being called next. The triage nurse was personable and the doctor was informative on my next steps and care plan. This was one of the most efficient urgent cares I have ever visited. I would recommend checking in first before visiting if you because they take preference over walk-ins.

I chose this urgent care based on the glowing reviews. First, I want to stress that my low rating has nothing to do with the staff or how I was treated. I received very good care and everyone was very professional and I was well treated. BUT - it took me 4 1/2 hours from check in to check out - I’ve never had to wait so long at an urgent care facility. I had an appointment. My daughter went to a different one a few months ago and was back within 2 hours. There are many urgent care centers in the area and I see no reason to return to this one if the need arises.

My experience at the York Rd location was simply amazing! Everyone from the receptionist, triage nurse and the treating doctor were very nice and caring! The triage nurse was sooo awesome and made sure that both my companion and I were comfortable before seeing the doctor. I was very scared, however, the doctor was very nice and made sure that even though I needed stitches, that she took her time and was extremely meticulous when placing the sutures!!! I would highly recommend this location and will give this facility a 10/10! Great job everyone

My family has been to this location several times. The staff are considerate, personable, and very efficient. It is a pleasure going there even when the reasons we are there are less than pleasant.
