My symptoms were head aches, right ear and neck pain with a lump behind that same ear, cough. On Dec 21,2023 I went to UMMS urgent care they did X-rays gave me two antibiotics said to follow with PCP/ENT. December 26, 2023 still not feeling well went to UMMS ER was feeling worse fever, back pain and coughing and stating that coworkers had tested positive for Covid recently. First Dr stated we are going to do a viral panel waited and waited sent me to X-ray sat there called several times for pain meds for the pain I was in. Nothing. Different Dr comes in looks in my ear sent stated it's an ear infection see PCP/ENT. I was pissed I left. Called PCP office Dec 28 crying to on-call nurse told her what I been through and was sent here. Stated how I had been feeling as I've done with other clinicians. They asked if I was swab I told them the second doctor cancelled the order and discharged me. Well 15 minutes into the appointment after being swab for influenza A&B and. Covid. The test came back positive for Influenza A and Covid. Mind you my health history is not the best and I'm a cancer pt. I've come to them several times before and prefer them over urgent care and ER.

Although my daughter wasn’t seen here the nurse at the front desk help me look for an alternative location that would be able to assist us and even offered an umbrella since it was raining and I didn’t have one. I am so grateful for people like her. People make the time to show they genuinely care. In such a fast paced world no one ever really takes the time to make you feel cared for she actually went out of her way to make me feel human. You are who we need in healthcare, Thank you ❤️

Do not go here. I went and the practitioner there used the plastic end of a swab to brake open my skin and now I have a discolored scar. I will have to now go to find a dermatologist to get it fixed costing me more money. I want to get a hold of management, but they keep sending me to a non-working number. I went back and there was nothing they could do. I just think using the end of a plastic tip was crazy and scraping me with it. It was so painful, and it got infected. I am so upset!

Solid 3 all around. In the future I would prefer to go to urgent care, but those often book days in advance and this is a walk in service for employees. That makes it very convenient.

Its Unorganized....You make a appointment for lombard St then once you show up for appointment they direct you to another location on Lexington St even though I confirmed address when I made the appointment....Had me down for covid test when I scheduled a flu shot
