Mase 2 months agoWalked into the clinic and requested to be seen. When I got to the front desk David checked me in and greeted me pleasantly. Agora the MA triaged me and made my visit a smooth process. Crystal was my provider and she answered all my questions with ease and made it comfortable for me.
Jacqueline Curry 5 months agoHi, this visit was demoralizing, degrading, and the doc Wendy Carr disrespected me as a person . The PA was pleasant, even asked the walk ins if they wanted chips or water because our expected wait time was one hour. I choice an ice pack since my foot was swollen and painful due to a broken cuneiform bone that hasn't healed in 2 months. Once I was seen by Wendy Carr the doctor, it was all downhill from there. She asked questions in icy clipped tones. I rated my pain level at 8 and she suggested a toredal shot. My nerves were wrecked since I suffer from chronic anxiety so I asked her if she could write me a px for that. When I asked her what exactly it was she said 800 mg ibuprofen when id already told her 1000 mg was not helping me at home at all. Next she offered a muscle relaxer. I asked her how that would help bone pain and she said it wouldn't. We both started to get agitated. She asked me what my doc usually gave me and I said 10mg oxycodone. She stiffened, rolled her eyes, said I'll try to put it in the computer but I doubt it will go through. Then she did some work at the computer and left the room. I got a stabilizing boot and crutches and asked the PA on the way out if my px was called in. She replied yes. I waited 2 hours to get a text from walgreens. Nothing. I called back urgent care over and over and kept getting told Wendy Car would call me after her next patient. Never happened. Finally the receptionist told me the doc never called in my px. This was six hours later. I know the rules at urgent care are broken bones are allowed 3 to 7 days of oxycodone. A rule Wendy Car didnt seem to know or care about let alone my agonizing pain. She treated me like some kind of drug seeker even though my bone was broken, my foot swollen and painful. Wendy Carr, go back to school and retake the class where they teach compassion, empathy, and true concern for a patient's well being. Im my opinion she should be fired for lying to me and misjudging my character completely. Needless to say she never called me back and I had a horrible sleepless night full of pain. Thanks for nothing, Wendy.
Audra Kramer 2 years agoThe only drawback to this experience was that I had to wait an hour past my “scheduled” time to be seen. Other than that this location is very clean, the staff were kind. The provider was very knowledgeable and reasonable with treatment options and I felt like I was treated as a human and not just a number. I will definitely return to this location for future Urgent Care needs.
Daryn Blackmon 6 months agoCaring ladies and very quick service! Came in almost 10 mins to their 8pm closing with an awful allergic reaction to macadamia nuts. I couldn't breath through my nose and the amazing ladies at the desk had me seated and getting treated within 5 minutes. They were able to quickly check me in without the kiosk and provide me with Benadryl, a steroid shot, and a breath treatment. They also referred me to the ER for a double check from them just incase (as well as an allergist). If you're ever having an allergic reaction this is an amazing place to go! Thank you to the wonderful people working that night ❤️
Aaron Green 5 months agoI have a lab and visit bill of over 500.00 because my insurance was not applied to the visit. I provided my insurance and still received a bill. I called to follow up the operator said it’s fine and will be corrected. Here we are a month later and I get a text from umms concerning billing. I am on hold today with no one picking up the call
