I visited the Worthington Urgent Care recently and had a mixed experience. The staff themselves were kind, helpful, and made sure I got the care I needed, which I truly appreciate. However, the condition of the facility was pretty concerning. The exam room had an overall dingy, neglected feel. The biohazard bin was visibly rusted and speckled with stains, the walls were scraped and marked up, the floors didn’t look swept, and there was dust and debris collected around cords and equipment. Even the exam table area looked cluttered and not well-maintained. It all created a “sad” and unclean vibe that didn’t match the quality of care the people were trying to provide. While the staff were great, the environment itself made me hesitant about returning. A healthcare setting really needs to feel clean and cared for, and this location seems overdue for some attention and basic upkeep. A refresh and better cleaning standards would make a huge difference

Do NOT go to this Urgent Care if you expect decency, thoroughness, professionalism, or even actual care. My daughter in law went to get checked out from an incident at her workplace. She just wanted checked out for whiplash or a concussion. She got there about 30 mins before they closed. The first thing out of the doctor’s mouth was “I’m not writing you a work excuse”. Seriously? That’s medical care? No one even asked for a work excuse! She just wanted to be checked out! The woman doctor had her turn her head, look right to left, and said your fine. Made a comment for my daughter in law to quit her job. Then that was it. No discharge papers, no instruction of symptoms to look out for if anything changed, nothing. This level of dismissive care is dangerous, abhorrent, and unacceptable. But why should the doctor care? She’ll get paid from a Worker’s Comp claim regardless of how she treats people coming to see her for evaluation, help, or treatment. This place is more worried about clocking out on time than giving care. Wish our family had read reviews before my daughter in law went. Seems like she’s not the only one this kind of thing has happened to there. My daughter in law went to an ER afterward. She has a concussion & neck muscle injury. That doctor should be ashamed.

Went here Sunday for help with a really bad sinus infection and rebound congestion from using a nasal decongestant spray (which I recommend avoiding because I didn’t realize the problems that can come from using these!!). Was seen quickly and provided antibiotics and a steroid to help with the inflammation as well as other tips that could help relieve some of my symptoms. The doctor I saw (I can’t remember her name but she has long dark hair) was AMAZING and so sweet and understanding of the discomfort I was in. Highly recommend going here. I am already feeling so much better than I was. Thank you!!!

Dropped in here with the oldest love nugget to get a physical for Wrestling in the public school system at the junior high level. These guys were great we made an appointment online the lot of the paperwork online and even though we were not set to be seen until 1045 we arrived early and they got us in early. Now it appears these guys were very short staff of people being out sick on their staff this week and they still did a fantastic job. This place is nice new clean efficient everyone here is professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place in a pinch and they did a super fast fantastic physical for my son. Oh and their school physicals are only $25 which seems like a great price to her about the local community. If I had four hands I’d give them four thumbs up but I don’t so I’m gonna give him a double thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 for just being great

The staff themselves were nice and everything but the facility was GROSS. Like just looked like it had never been cleaned in its life. The lobby especially. And then the rooms were also bad.
