The reason for my visit was an allergic reaction caused by a bite. When I arrived at the front desk to check in, there was an issue regarding my insurance. The receptionist (black woman but did not catch her name) went the extra mile to reach out to her resources, find answers, and get my co pay down. She could have just rolled with it, but she didn't. The physician assistant (white man) who I first spoke with once being taken to the room asked questions and listened, and did not rush me when I explained what was going on. He had a sense of humor that was enlightening amid the situation. Although I did not get the woman's name who initially checked me in or the gentleman who I spoke with first in the room, nurse practitioner Lindsey was also a factor in this experience. She asked and she listened, with no signs of irritation. She assessed my situation, and she  appeared to genuinely care. She made necessary recommendations/referrals so that I get the help needed. Customer service was above and beyond from all three interactions. Starting from check in to check out. Thank you for creating a welcoming and safe environment. A lot of places, no matter the field, truly suffer from the lack of customer service. I want to give them their props.

It was fine, it was just a hassle to get help since I was not the guardian for my niece. Make you almost want to be dishonest. There was not a sense of urgency either when being able to go to the room. (not busy at all only one car besides mines in the parking lot when I checked in). But the PA lady that checked out my niece was very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were extremely nice! I was a walk-in, so got helped as soon as possible! Only spent about 5 minutes with doc, but case was pretty simple. I have used them before, so, recommend! ( Only 4 stars because doc felt a little dismissive, but again…it was a simple case, and I left with everything I needed. I think it might have been a busy day.)

Would never go back again to this location and do not recommend. Front desk lady is very rude. Her tone and attitude needs to be worked on. Have some manners while talking to patients. It felt like I was bothering her while talking and the way she talked to people, from what I heard, made it seem like they were dumb. When you go to a doctor’s office or clinic it should feel like a welcoming place knowing you’re going to be treated right. This place has horrible service and “doctors”. My baby sister was seen within 2 minutes the doctor barely even cared to look into what could possibly be wrong with her. These people should all be checked on their licenses and degrees.

I was turned away because I had a spine surgery and she said that the surgeon who did the surgery should be the one who takes out the staples well I was in rehabilitation whenever I was supposed to be getting myself taken out then my surgery couldn't get me in for 2 weeks I was told to go to this place. So I get there and get checked in she tells me very rudely that she's not going to take them out because she didn't do the job in the first place and she won't get paid for it and she don't work for free. What a horrible person and horrible place would not recommend. Also I would like to add I don't care what anybody else has to say about what I had to say about what happened so whoever owns this place I don't care.
