Oh Ms. Swink! Ms. oh thank you for your sincerity, your focus,your empathy, your compassion, your details when you checked me out, your ability to read me and show me you got me, it was your drive to fix me ASAP! YOUR diagnosis were on point! The prednisone and the antibiotics are 💪 working. Whoo hoo! Shout out to a wonderful Medical Assistant 🙌 I sincerely appreciate your medical assistant on Sunday, January 18th, who when I wanted to give up because I thought I wouldn't be able to buy ALL my medications, she was gently helping me to calm down and reset as she didn't know I was grieving though I was sick. She politely showed to me the card, and suggested I get the two above I spoke on. As I really was upset that I thought I was gonna pay close to $300 hundred dollars for my medications. Then a shifting happened... Great news occurred. The Tech at Walgreens said, "Your medications had been given a GOODRX discount when the prescriptions were called by your doctor’s office," as I was attempting to hand him the GOODRX CARD to pay for just the two medications I stated above. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! Praise report! I WAS ABLE TO PAY FOR ALL THREE MEDS! 😇🙌 for $39. Pinch me! I'm in Oklahoma not expensive Colorado.🫶🙌🤝🙏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🥰💛 The inhaler was most definitely needed no matter what as well with the two medications. I'm using it now it's so needed! Please sleep good tonight I'm doing way better! Thank you🫳🎤 all of you from the 1st time call I made, to my showing up meeting the front desk staff, filling out paperwork before i dint have my insurance card in my possession, the visit with the PA THEN onto my leaving. I was very happy with the staff, front desk and the tech that brought me back were amazing and all very helpful, however, the PA, Kyle did not listen to my needs or my history with the specific issue I was there for. He had to look up the medication and only did what that one specific thing suggested. Im a nurse with a good knowledge of the medication, not to mention the history I’ve had and what works and what doesn’t. Also, he didn’t take in to account that my issue was complex, not simple and there WERE different guidelines and dosage for that and he didn’t look at that. Very frustrating. He wouldn’t take any of that into account. I fear I will have to have another visit as what he have won’t get rid of the infection completely. I will be going elsewhere unfortunately as I need a provider that listens.

The professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail was beyond any I have experienced in a setting of their kind. Everyone in the office, from the front to the back, were very helpful and had great attitudes. Their attention to detail and ability to understand us was amazing!! Even on the phone, Bree was extremely happy to assist us. All the staff were bubbly even at the end of their shift. They made us feel so comfortable! They went above and beyond to make sure that that addressed our concerns. Their system is great and it allows for fast and through care. They even follow up with you making sure you get your scripts. They even gave us referrals for long term care. The texting feature was the best!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for medical assistance in or around Oklahoma City. Words would never be enough to describe the experience we had! Thank you to each of you that worked with me and my son. We really appreciate you all!!😘😘

I took my daughter to Access Medical Centers on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City and had a really good experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly and professional, and we were seen in a reasonable amount of time. The provider was patient with her and took time to listen and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated as a parent. Overall the visit felt efficient and well run, and I’d recommend this clinic if you need urgent care in the area.

ZERO STARS!! 😡Today our family members had a horrible experience at this location!! The customer service was in the dirt. My family was treated with disrespect like no other. Our family has served this country honorably and did not deserve such treatment. The receptionist, Trish, harassed and tried to use intimidation tactics against the family when asking for a manager/corporates number to make a formal complaint. She did not comply but instead proceeded to give the front desk number and then proceeded to answer the phone call herself. Unprofessional and a slight racist undertone, in my opinion. I DO NOT recommend this location or any other location if this behavior is expected before you can see the doctor!!
