My recent visit to All Set at N Penn & NW Expressway was all I could want from an emergent care facility. ALL staff is friendly, caring, completely competent and professional, and efficient. I have visited this All Set before and received the same fine quality of care. An added benefit is that it is connected by Epic to all my doctors, so they can view my diagnosis and treatment plan. This facility and team are exactly what folks want from an urgent care service provider - clean and tidy facility, great location near public transit, prompt service, organized admin processes, rational hours of operation and highly talented and caring staff. Joey, Clara, and Ran made my partner and I’s experience here not only easy but outrageously pleasant and enjoyable (despite the need for urgent medical care.) The streamlined check in process via the All Set: Urgent Care website ensured arrival and intake were easy and efficient. The staff at this location are exceptional care providers and have inspired our household to explore transitioning our primary care exclusively to Integris physicians. Great experience and would highly recommend this facility+team!

I have never had a better urgent care experience! I loved the ability to schedule an appointment and they took me back as soon as I arrived. I felt comfortable and the staff was so kind, and it was incredible clean. The best part? Once you pay your copay— everything else is free including x-rays!

Was seen pretty quickly, and the staff were freaking amazing. So nice and personable. Answered any questions I had and explained things very well. This will most likely be my go-to urgent care from now on!

I saw Sarah on a Sunday, got a checkup call two days after, but was still not feeling completely better on day 5 so Lilly did a complimentary recheck after Josh handled my call. Perfect patient care and perfect customer service from both visits; I work in healthcare so it’s refreshing to be handled with care when on the other side of things.
