This was my first time visiting an urgent care and it was a great experience! I was able to complete the paperwork and be seen quickly. Both the medical assistant and the practitioner were caring and likeable. They listened to my questions and concerns and then the practitioner provided a very clear set of steps to address my issue. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing quick and supportive medical care!

I lovevthis place, I've been to 4 or 5 clinics or non emergency type businesses in the last couple years, this is by far the best. Kimberly was at the front desk and was super quick,helpful, polite, friendly. She had tid bits of info, that was helpful, like letting me know,relating to pharmacies and a couple other things. She listened, explained and made me feel like she was happy to see me, glad I was there. The nurse practitioner (I really wish I could remember her name), was just as friendly, she explained everything,was thorough, answered any questions and really made me feel, as at home as I could. Also everyone was quick. Not rushed, but efficient. No wait time. No waiting in waiting room, no waiting in back room, no waiting on nurse , no waiting on anything when I was done. Plus everything else I mentioned. This will be my go to and I'm recommending to anyone I can.

Doctor Carolyn Hoffman did such an amazing job at listening to my concerns and doing her best to go over all of my issues as I had mentioned I have been struggling with my health issues for over a week now. Loved her consideration and time investment. Would 100% recommend visiting this location.

Terrible service. Provider was rude and aggressive. Building was so hot we were sweating as we wait and so were other patients we talked to in the waiting area. Absolutely ridiculous. We go there sick and got talked to like I was stupid.

I’ve been here a couple times and was very pleased with my treatment and efficiency of the process. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, I will be recommending this spot to friends and family.
