Absolutely insane how much time I spend here. There have been times where there are no other patients in the building and yet it still takes 2 to 3 hours to get in and out of the place. It was my go to for immediate care quite some time but from now on I will be finding somewhere that has respect for people's time and doesn't leave them waiting in the examination room for over an hour while they audibly talk about the latest Netflix shows right outside the door. Even when I schedule an appointment hours ahead of time on the app or website I will be stuck waiting and listening to them talk through the door for several hours. Oh more than one occasion I have been told that they have fully forgotten I was present. Absolutely unacceptable.

I AM MAD! BEYOND MAD EVEN. I am sitting in the room as I write this waiting to see the Doc for a Physical. I have been sitting here since 330, IT IS NOW 645!!! Not to mention I had an appointment set for 3 o'clock and I was in the waiting room ready to check in at 245!!! But would you belive I even had to wait for someone to check me in!?!?! Either this place is SEVERELY UNDER STAFFED, or not a DAMN PERSON HERE CARES! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Please either fix the staffing issue or shutdown we don't need a clinic that can barely function. DISGRACEFUL. Welp it's 721 now and I've finally made it out. Never coming back.

Went here for work place injury after seeing them, they were supposed to call in my prescriptions to Walgreens. I waited over an hour at Walgreens. They never received. It tried calling this place, and they wont answered their phones. Left a message for return call they don’t return calls either had to drive all the way back up to immediate care Waited in line and the person said well there’s someone in front of you and wanted me to step aside without helping me which I thought was rude since I had already been there and I had been sitting there waiting at the Walgreens. Ended up not being able to get my prescriptions till the next day, which I thought was very unprofessional Especially since I was in a lot of pain. Had to come back for a return appointment tried to call them a second time left a message because they didn’t answer and never returned my call. Went back a third time got a appointment for a CT scan. Workmen’s Comp. wanted me to call and see if they had received the report and once again left a message because they didn’t answer. Haven’t received a call back yet. Would definitely go somewhere else they don’t seem to be very professional or worried about patients if they can’t call in prescriptions or answer phone calls.

Highly recommend this place! They were super quick. All of the staff was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond for my kiddo during her visit.

I am writing to formally file a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory behavior of one of your staff members, Charlene. We brought my mother to your urgent care facility while she was experiencing what appeared to be a medical emergency. She was at risk of having a heart attack. Despite the severity of the situation, Charlene treated us with extreme disrespect, hostility, and a complete lack of empathy. We were forced to wait for over two hours, during which absolutely nothing was done to help my mother. Her behavior was not only rude and dismissive, but also strongly suggestive of racial bias. No patient or family member should ever be treated this way—especially during a medical emergency. Due to her negligence and attitude, we had no choice but to leave your facility and rush my mother to the ER to receive proper care. I strongly recommend that Charlene be required to attend professional conduct, patient-care, and sensitivity training immediately. What we experienced was unacceptable and deeply distressing. I will make sure to inform my family, friends, and community to avoid this location entirely, as no one should risk their health—or their dignity—by being treated the way we were. This matter should be taken very seriously. I expect appropriate action to be taken.
