Fantastic experience!!! They were so sweet to our daughter and made sure she was comfortable and happy. All nurses and the doctors were phenomenal and whatever they make it isn’t enough. They brought her toys and lolly pops and talked to her so nicely even when she was screaming over her collar bone. 10/10 people

Injured foot in a lawn mower accident and went to this emergency room. Was taken back nearly as soon as I finished the paperwork. Nursing staff was fantastic start to finish, especially one named Cricket. 2 hours and a x-ray later found out I had 2 broken toes. Wrapped and booted me up and even gave me a pain pill. Now here's where it gets stupid. I would (like most people) assume that I would be prescribed something to help with the pain considering I had 2 fresh broken toes. Wife looked at the discharge paperwork and noticed nothing was prescribed. She asked the nurse about it and the nurse went and asked the Dr. Turns out the doctor refused to give me ANY kind of pain meds aside from the one oxy that I asked for while in the room. Nothing. No ibuprofen, not even any damn Tylenol... Nothing. So I'll be calling my primary in the morning to see if I can get something to help. I understand some people will do crazy things to get opioids, but there are far less painful and cheaper ways to go about getting those. Knowing full well that I just broke 2 toes and not giving me a damn thing to help even if it's just for a few days is diabolical. I don't know if I can recommend going here if you have any other option.

Last night April 3rd, my two daughters and I had just picked up my wheelchair accessible van. Unfortunately it had a major leak in the windshield. It was pouring rain inside our vehicle just as it was outside. Driving was getting terrifying and my daughter who was driving was on the verge of a panic attack. We pulled into your ER praying they’d let us in. As we opened the doors the tornado sirens began screaming. We made it to the ambulance door to be greeted by complete and total kindness. They not only welcomed us in they got me into a wheelchair and guided us to their safe room and draped us with warm blankets. Once the front office lady saw my drenched 8 year old she took it upon herself go to her private vehicle and get dry clothes for my 8 year old. I later found out her name was Brittany and what I wouldn’t do to give her a hug. A day that was supposed to be about me regaining my independence through getting a wheelchair accessible van quickly became the scariest evening of my life until we were greeted by real life angels at Integris Health Community Hospital West OKC. Please any CEO proper management please reward your team! We weren’t the only people they took in. There were other families. Instead of remember this night as the scariest night she’s ever have my 8 year old now remembers it as the night all the hospital angels showed us kindness, love and “What kindness really looks like in the wild mom!” - My daughter is now on a mission to surprise with something sweet just like like the kind of person she was to us!

I was seen here on 3/20/2026 by Dr. Madrid I believe was his name. I was seen very early in the morning; therefore, there was not a wait. I was still completing paper work when I was called back. Dr. Madrid helped me and was very empathetic and caring. He was very clear on he wanted to find the best solution possible to what he believed was an eye infection. He weighed the pros and cons of different testing and explained them to me. I appreciated how concerned, caring, knowledgeable, and nice he was. Very convenient location and nice staff!

I can’t remember the names of the provider and nurses who helped us but they were amazing!! Please look at who was on the schedule for 2/24/26 around 8-10 pm and please THANK them!!! My two year daughter was having shortness of breath and they got her back instantly and took care of us. They were so kind and actually listened to my concerns. The nurse was amazing and so patient. The doctor (I want to say Dr. Kawmae? (I am unsure) was so kind and explained everything in great detail. This was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at INTEGRIS crossings and it was because of them!!❤️
