The staff here is very kind, patient, and understanding. I went early in the morning so there was no wait. Miss Andy made me feel seen, heard, and understood.. I haven't had care like that in a long time and she deserves a Daisy Award. I also had a good experience with their male doctor who actually believed the things I told him and NEVER dismissed my concerns. I will absolutely come back here and suggest this place to others. We were happy with the level of care received, we were actually happy to have this location near us so that we could take our kids to see someone at an urgent care location. However, the billing has been a nightmare. They have double billed us for the same visit. Our copay is $50; however, they are charging us over $200 for the visit. I've spoken to their billing department multiple times and have contacted our insurance company. Our insurance initiated a call with them to discuss. I was told that they (OU Med) would review the charges and get back with me. This is the same answer I've been given multiple times over the past 6 months. I'm losing hope that anyone knows what is going on or how to correct the issue.

I highly recommend this place if you need to see a doctor for anything. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. It was very busy but we did not have a long wait. The staff handled each patient quickly. Never did we feel rushed despite the amount of patients were there. We were able to get medication at the clinic saving us a trip. By far the best experience I've had at the doctor!

I’ve been here twice within the last 2-3 weeks. The first visit was my 4 year old who had a nursemaids elbow and they got us in and out quickly. Second time was my 7 year old was having severe stomach pain and they immediately got her in and everyone we encountered was great. I’m bad with names but I believe Cole is the one who placed my daughter’s IV and he got it the first time with minimal pain and Karin did the MRI and was wonderful!

A bit of a wait, but the waiting room was nice with a free coffee machine and waters, plus vending machines. The nurses and doctors were all so helpful and once triaged, I was pretty quickly given a room and seen by a doctor. He explained the whole process of the stitches I needed before he did anything, and was very quick to respond when I said I needed a little more numbing. Afterwards he went through care instructions in detail and thoroughly answered all my questions even though it was pretty busy. Very nice people who are caring when you're having a bad day.
