From the time that I walked into the time that we left, I felt cared for. My daughter was sick and we came in right before clothes and they saw us with open arms. Me being a single mom it is hard because I work full-time to get to the doctors so when my little ones are sick, it’s very convenient that I can go and and get seen after work. I’m very grateful. The staff was nice and kind the guy up at the front office was really nice. Help me look up our insurance. I would definitely recommend going here.

I had an urgent care video visit yesterday for a sinus infection, and it was honestly one of the easiest, fastest medical experiences I’ve ever had. The provider was kind, attentive, and really listened to what was going on. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they were able to diagnose me quickly and send the prescription over within minutes. Being able to do this from home while feeling awful was a lifesaver. Highly recommend their virtual care—convenient, efficient, and genuinely caring!

I had a great experience at Alliance Urgent Care. I only paid $90 without insurance, and the waiting time was less than 20 minutes. The front desk staff, nurse, and provider were all great. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect.

I paid $105 for an urgent care visit and received the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced. Despite explaining my symptoms and the reason I came in, the staff told me there was nothing they could do and simply handed me Tylenol and ibuprofen—something I could have taken at home for free. There was no real assessment, no effort to help, and no explanation for why they couldn’t provide proper care. It felt dismissive and like a complete waste of time and money. I left with the same problem I walked in with, just lighter in the wallet. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for actual medical support or value for what they pay!!!

Highly recommend this place to everyone! We’ve had really bad experiences with other urgent cares across the valley which have all resulted in waiting for 2+ hours to be seen. At this location, I made an appointment 30 min ahead of time. I showed up to an empty lobby and was in and out with a diagnosis in 35 minutes. Very kind staff too.
