Thanks for asking for a review, your team sent me away after essentially asking me to diagnose myself. Your doctor clearly didn’t care much and was trying to rush out of the room. I left your facility feeling like shit, 2 days later I went to a different urgent care and was diagnosed with pneumonia and given the right attention somewhere else.

Banner Urgent Care clinic made it easy for me to make an appointment online and then go to the appointment. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. The young woman who took me into the exam room, took my vitals and asked me questions about my health and then let me know who would be seeing me and that he was with another patient. I was very happy with the step by step process. The provider was good and after he checked my eye, he told me what it appeared to be and prescribed an ointment. All and all it was an excellent visit…

I was a walk in, checked in got to see a physician within 10 minutes. Was evaluated and was given a couple of prescriptions and was on my way. Everybody was very professional and friendly. A great alternative to the ER.

The front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Too bad the nurse practitioner, Sarah, had to be very vague with her diagnosis and treatment. She treated me like I was making up my sickness but then broke down and did treat me for pneumonia almost like it was an afterthought. This might not be a big deal to you lady but this is my life we are dealing with. She made me feel like I should be sorry I had to inconvenience her with my illness.

Maria did a great job! She did a deep clean in my ear and was really nice and knowledgeable!
