I took my daughter in for a chemical burn on her face, I spoke with the nurse she was awesome btw. But then the doctor came in with discharge paperwork in hand didn't ask any questions, he looked at us read the discharge papers and left out the room. I've never felt so unseen in my life and to do this to a child, like show no concern or care was disheartening. He simply was there for his check smh. I had to end up taking my child to children's, they went above and beyond. My child needed two prescriptions and a 20 minute wash and a referral to a dermatologist. I take her care serious due to her being a diabetic, it takes longer for her to heal. I wanted to cuss him out so bad and I held in my tears only bc my child matters the most. We will never be back if you care about ur love one's, take them anywhere but here.

Doctor Jessica Holmes was super helpful and super kind. She explained everything to me in clear and understandable terms. She took her tine with me and made me feel super welcomed!

Everyone was friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. Everyone worked hard to help me. I have never actually enjoyed a hospital visit until this hospital. Thank you!

If anyone ever asks me if I can recommend a good urgent care, this one will be the first place I recommend. everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help. The front desk staff was pleasant, the person who took me back to the exam room was very pleasant, and the doctor was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. When my visit was over, I was given paperwork with a lot of helpful information on how to manage my medical conditions.

Although they couldn’t help me, they called for an ambulance to take me to the hospital where I could get help and I appreciated. That didn’t have to wait long at all.
