I came to concentra for my work injury. The staff were patient and welcoming. They understood the pain I was in and assisted me in every way they can. The doctor explain everything to me and was thorough. When I started my physical therapy, the staff in that area were fun and made you want to do more to heal faster. I would recommend anyone to come here. Especially work with PT Hunt...she is amazing and outgoing..

Went today for a work related injury and was quickly admitted after completing the paperwork in the uber on the way from work (company paid for to and from). Was literally back within 2 hours and that was with a 40 minute commute and waiting about 5 mins or so for the drivers. First driver Seyit was a great smooth driver too! Admitted so fast I hadn’t completed the WC before the Dr. came in and approved me for temporary light duty no more than 5lbs. See company I was not kidding or trying to take a break for treatment !!! Only thing is Dr. omitted accommodation for continued treatment at the company I work for such as ice and heat? I’ll be asking at my first visit for physical therapy. Nice MA’s and very professional and personable!!! Great job 👏 💯🙏🏽🪑😉

I had an exceptional experience here, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. The young woman at the front desk was so warm and personable. She made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in, and we even shared a laugh — something I didn’t expect during an urgent care visit. Once I was taken to the back, the nurse who helped me was incredibly easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly, quickly, and with such calm confidence. From beginning to end, she treated me with genuine hospitality and kindness. Dr. Sidhu, who handled my care, is honestly one of the best physicians I’ve ever met. We even found moments to laugh together as I shared some of my childhood trauma around getting stitches. Despite the discomfort of the numbing injections, she made me feel safe, supported, and completely at ease. Her presence turned an unfortunate situation into one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, ladies — truly. 🩷💜

The service was very poor. The physical exams were performed extremely quickly. I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor, who spent approximately one minute with me. After that, I was asked to wait an additional 45 minutes, only for a nurse to inform me that I was free to leave. The wait time was excessive and unnecessary, and the overall experience felt disorganized and inefficient.

Don’t go here… they are terrible. My son needed a TB test to get a job… the employer prepaid for it we get there they say it’s not prepaid… so we pay $242 for a TB test… when he got the test he gave his email address and completed the paperwork to get the results emailed… we have called 6 times to get the results emailed.. every time we call all they say is your test is negative!!! WE NEED THE PAPERWORK TO GET THE JOB!!! They keep saying they will email it… but refuse… we live an hour away and went to this location only because it was the only one open on the weekend… the only way to get it is to drive there to pick up! So the employer called to get the paperwork now they are telling them that they need a HIPA release to send to them! This place is a total disaster DO NOT GO HERE! The one in Scottsdale is way way way better! The good news is, we are a family of heath-care professionals… I’ll be reporting their license to AZ department of health services!
