I normally don't visit an urgent care unless I'm really in bad shape. I've had mild congestion for the past 5 months. Over to last 10 days it has gotten increasingly worse. I'm 77 and a snow bird so I realize most young people have very little patience for those of us in our "golden years". Monday morning 7:10 am checking in. The two young ladies behind what looks like bullet proof plexiglass already looked tired and maybe really didn't want to be there. The young girl (at least she acted like a young girl and not an adult) who actually checked me in so not look at me when she spoke and never smiled. I had a hard time hearing what she wanted me to do and she seemed a lot out with having to repeat herself. So this was not a good first impression. I almost got up to leave and go somewhere else when a team member from the back called my name. Thankfully the nurses in the back totally restored my trust and faith that I would be properly treated. They were outstanding. Too bad the front desk team members weren't the same.

The hospital system I encountered was horrendous. They are incredibly unprofessional, bringing in individuals posing as qualified medical professionals who fail to make proper diagnoses. After I fell and my hip turned beet red, I went in for a diagnosis. Although I was able to walk quickly, the pain was intense. I decided to go to urgent care, where they likely missed that I had fractured my hip. The staff demonstrated incompetence, trying to twist my current situation to fit an undiagnosed issue from my childhood, which I believe was due to my inability to obtain health insurance back then. While there may not have been much that could be done for my fractured hip—something I am certain occurred, as I have fractured other bones before with much less force—their failure to diagnose it was unacceptable. It's important to note that while the treatment for a fracture differs from that of a break, at the very least, I should have received a proper diagnosis, especially now that healthcare options have expanded under the Affordable Care Act, which allows for coverage of pre-existing conditions—something that wasn’t available during my upbringing. The level of incompetence and lack of problem-solving skills exhibited by the staff suggests that many individuals shouldn't hold their degrees or licenses.

I’ve been to this facility many times with different family members, most recently myself. This was my first time experiencing the Urgent care side of it. I was impressed with how quickly I was in and out of there! Their staff is always caring, kind and respectful. Thank you to the staff and wishing them a Happy Holiday and a Wonderful New Year.

Top notch medical care! Extremely efficient staff! Great experience! Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ On the direction of our primary care provider, we recently visited HonorHealth Complete Care as my husband was not feeling well and needed urgent evaluation. We live a distance away, but trusted our doctor's advice and headed to this facility! What we found was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt complete care. Everyone was friendly and competent. The staff went way out of their way to answer all questions and reassure us that we were receiving the best care possible! The whole experience was unbelievably good. Many tests were performed and all revealed normal, stable results. Within just a couple of hours, we went from being truly concerned to confident and secure! A big thank you to everyone on our care team as we truly appreciate the efficient and professional treatment at HonorHealth Complete Care!

This urgent care was top notch and moved quickly. So many times you go to urgent care and it takes forever but they were fast, efficient and it was a very nice looking facility. We felt very taken care of, so we will definitely be back if we ever need it!
