I brought my two year old daughter here around 8pm for a check up. She had fallen and hurt her knees and wasn’t wanting to walk much after a few days. The staff here was so wonderful and patient with her. We were here for about an hour and I was relieved my daughter was okay. She’s all fully healed now and I’m so grateful for the help we received here.

I had a visit at the West Northern NexCare Urgent care in Glendale for a laceration. I was seen quickly and 3 stirches later I was on my way. The entire staff was friendly, polite and professional. I would not hesitate going back and highly recommend them!

I visit this location on 6/7/26 and was given a referral to see an orthopedic. I did make an error on not bringing my referral to my ortho appointment. I did make contact requesting if it can be sent via email and was advised the email provided didn't match my record which I had no access to the old email. Not offer to change it or update it. So I requested they fax it to the ortho and was put on mute for ten minutes then went to hold for five and then they hung up on me. Called back gave the fax number and was told they send it over right now. That didn't happen. Called again requesting the fax to be told they can't send the fax without a records release. Never once was this disclosed on any other prior calls. The ortho office printed out the release form and I filled it out and they faxed it. Google didn't have next care fax number so I called for it and was questioned why I needed it. Common sense why a FAX number is being requested! I began asking for names of all the girls answering the phones in the front and Viviana stated at 10:43 AM that she was just arriving to work. Lies, because after every call after complete hesitation from Liliana, Lissett and another girl who was not saying her name clear but mumbling when asked what or if they can spell it. This place has the best doctors unfortunately I can not state the same for their front office staff or medical assistants or their medical records department. Due to the friction created I will be reporting each member to the state board and BBB. Do better to help patients because their work reflects the doctors' images as well.

That was one of the best experiences I’ve had at urgent care considering I wasn’t feeling well, so I may have been a little grumpy But everyone I interacted with starting with The guy at the front check- in counter was very polite and patient with me, but very professional And I appreciate that, we don’t see it enough these days. The nurse that took me back Was super cool he even had me laughing, which was hard to do that day and the doctor was amazing. I will recommend This urgent care to everyone I know and as for myself or a family member needs immediate care again. This will be the only place we go. oh, and not to mention they got me Out of there so fast like in less than an hour. I couldn’t believe it… thanks again next care the 91st Ave. and Northern location

Starts with the receptionist. Good work ethic, he walks us through step by step, he told us what I to do very well and clearly. Shortly after that I sent my info I got called in. I was thinking that it was fast so I didn’t want to get excited lol. Once I was in the process continued moving fast. I got 3 different tests done in a short period of time. Shortly after the Dr came in with the results. Long story short next thing I know I was done. I really like the place they all are well coordinated, they very welcoming and nice. To run things so smoothly it takes the entire staff to work together and this place has the best. Thank you for taking care of me and thank you for your hard work and dedication.
