Be aware they do not accept walk ins. Drove here on a Saturday after finding this “pediatric URGENT CARE” clinic online. I would suggest updating the name of the location to reflect the non-urgent nature of being appointment only.

I called the place to see if they were open. They are open great! I show up and they ask if I have an appointment. Of course I don’t it’s an urgent care. We left never to return . Update : after reviewing the other reviews this happens all the time. Way to get feedback and do nothing about it. Business 101. Keep up the good work

Zero stars if that were possible. This was one of the most heartbreaking and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical facility. We came to this urgent care desperately seeking help for our child, who was coughing nonstop and possibly experiencing an asthma attack. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, we were told it was appointment only and that we would have to wait over an hour to be seen. What made this situation even worse was the receptionist’s complete lack of empathy, urgency, or basic human compassion. Watching your child struggle to breathe while being met with indifference is something no parent should ever have to endure. After four hours, we were forced to walk out without our child receiving any care—leaving us still unsure whether she has asthma, pneumonia, or something else entirely. She continues to cough nonstop, and we were given no direction, no guidance, and no follow-up instructions. When did healthcare—especially children’s healthcare—become more about rigid rules and scheduling than compassion and common sense? This wasn’t just poor service; it was a complete lack of humanity. Parents, if you want your child treated with care, urgency, and dignity—as a human being and not just a number—go somewhere else. Run from this place as far away as you can. Shame on you, PCH.

Disappointing experience at Urgent Care We brought our 4-month-old infant in for a concerning neck/throat lump that was worsening. The urgent care visit felt less like an evaluation and more like a brief stop to be told to go to the ER. Staff appeared rushed, short, and dismissive, with little explanation or reassurance provided. No meaningful assessment or guidance was offered, and the visit seemed designed to move patients through quickly rather than address legitimate concerns. Given that this involved an infant and a potentially serious issue, the lack of engagement and urgency was troubling. We left immediately to seek a second opinion elsewhere. Families come to urgent care expecting help — not to be redirected without thoughtful care or communication. Save yourself the time you’ll waste here and always stick with your gut!

I didn't realize that they moved to appt only over a year ago, but was still able to make one same night just over 1 hour later. The staff was friendly and there are masks and sanitizer available upon walking in. It's a nice safe area of town. We enjoyed a smoothie next door this time and have before eased tears with a toy from the toy store next door as well
