The receptionist was amazing very kind very detailed very professional excellent patient service went beyond to help my needs. So grateful for people like her. The office very neat and clean very fancy. The NP also amazing understood absolutely everything going on and got me the correct treatment. Love love loved this office. Thank you

Best experience with Dr. Polanco and at the desk Stephanie. What made this visit was the Dr. that took the time to ask more and was so personable. That really matters. Well done.

I booked my appt online at NW Urgent Care’s website with ease. Upon arrival, I was given paperwork to complete. The front desk person was courteous. My wait in the lobby, which btw was very nice, clean and welcoming, was maybe 15/20 mins. There were 2 individuals waiting that were called back before me. The MA was very pleasant, as was the MA trainee with her. There was a brief q&a and vitals were taken. Shortly thereafter, the PA, Carly Lasure, entered. She was terrific! Carly was attentive, informative and patient with my questions about shingles, which I’ve never had before. She made me feel seen and heard, which these days can be hard to come by. I loved the way she listened and took her time w/ me vs the usual norm, esp at urgent care clinics, a dr enters your room that seems pressed for time and just going through the motions with no real sympathy or emotional connection. This interaction with Carly was by far one of the BEST I have experienced at an urgent care clinic. Setting the appt was easy, wait time to be seen was minimal and all staff was very nice, helpful and easy to work with. This will definitely be my go-to urgent care going forward. I left with more knowledge about my condition and a plan in place to remedy. Thanks to everyone at the NW Urgent Care on Campbell/6th!!!!

I kept forgetting to write this review, but I had probably the best interaction I've had at an urgent care here. I had come in sometime around 6pm a while back because I'd had to leave work, and work demanded I get a doctor's note. I work a demanding job and had been sick with no time to fully recover, so I'd left early due to feeling like I was going to pass out. Blurry vision, weakness. The people below were very kind, encouraging me not to go into work the following day and take appropriate rest. The interaction to get said doctors note was very quick. Everyone had very good vibes. 10/10. I don't generally feel a need to write reviews, let alone positive ones. This is simply the best Urgent Care in town. The facility is beautiful, the staff is very professional, thorough and caring. The process as a walk in or with an appointment is streamlined without the typical paper filled clip board. You are checked in with one paper signature then an electronic notebook. It is a modern and efficient model if medical services delivery. The welcoming and very pleasant interior is not the usual dark, cold environment. Hope I can find a PCP with such relaxing beauty and caring staff. There is well designed parking with great restaurants on either side right across from the main entrance to the University of Arizona's N. Campbell and E. 6th entrance. It is simply the best in Tucson.
