Northwest Urgent Care at Irvington

I went to Northwest Urgent care today at Irvington it is always a great experience but today was different all the girls were nice and helpful and the provider was also nice and helpful but in passing to go to my exam room I noticed that a male employee sleeping and snoring really loud I thought maybe it was a patient at first but it wasn’t the MA looked a little bit embarrassed and apologized but she didn’t know what to say. I understand work life is hard but to be unprofessional and snoring so loudly with the door wide open that I was even able to take a picture. That was very unprofessional and feel bad for the other employees that have to pick up the extra work for him.

I booked an appointment online for within a couple hours. I went in right away for breathing difficulties. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The office location was very clean and with a pleasant home like decor. Very nice. The doctor on duty attended to me in a very timely manner , did a chest X-ray and followed up with medication and prescriptions. My first experience with this location on Irvington was trouble free, rapid and professional. I would definitely return again if needed. I would definitely recommend this Northwest Urgent Care to anyone. I give them a 💯👍

First impression was very clean and nicely decorated. Seemed organized. I made appointment online and was seen very close to my appointment time. Doctor was very nice and did a thorough exam regarding my health concern. I would go there again….

I have gone to this location at least 8 or 10 times. Anything ranging from a back spasm to earache. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I went in today for an ear infection and the girl at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, offered me water and chatted and wished me well. Sometimes you see a nurse practitioner but if the issue is serious enough the doctor will come in. They have always been very thorough in their examination, ask good questions and make sure you are satisfied with the outcome. The office is really pretty and clean. I highly recommend this location.
