Best medical office visit ever. Got an urgent care appointment for 1 1/2 hours after calling. Got seen within 10 minutes of arriving including check-in and form fill out. And everyone was friendly, professional and kind. Definitely a 5 star operation. Thank you Carbon Health for taking such good care of my grandson.

Made a same-day appointment at Carbon Health Urgent Care in Oakland and had a really smooth experience. The staff were all very helpful, kind, and efficient throughout the whole process. I appreciated how easy they made everything, especially being able to get seen the same day. Definitely grateful for the care and professionalism!

I really appreciate the staff at this location. I’m writing this on Mother’s Day. Not a fun time to end up at an Urgent Care. But it was super easy to call and get scheduled, get checked in and promptly seen. Each staff member I encountered was very polite and helpful and my provider Michael was excellent in how he was able to explain what was going on. Appreciate how seamless and helpful this process was and would definitely come back.

While visiting family in the area I had a medical emergency that prompted me to go to this facility. I set an appointment online and was able to avoid any waiting. The medical staff was exceptional. Very kind, warm and professional. They were able to make an assessment and referred me to another facility to care for my issue. I highly recommend this facility. By far the best urgent care service i have ever experienced.

I went to Carbon on Grand yesterday after a UCSF urgent care told me it was gonna be four hours to be seen. Carbon took me immediately. My nurse practitioner was a great listener and very knowledgeable in dealing with my finger injury which ended up being a broken hand. My x-ray tech was great and the nurse who gave me the splint was also wonderful. Very happy I went here.
