Easy to schedule & we had to reschedule due to a quick change so I called to change the time. It was easy to do. We went to the appointment and there was a large group waiting. At first, I was concerned that it would take a long time & it didn't. We were seen just after our appointment time. Easy-peasy & great service. I highly recommend carbon health.

I absolutely love my new Primary Care at Carbon Health Center in Berkeley California! It was the most wonderful experience I've had with a physician in a long time. My Dr and his Assistants/Staff took the time to listen to my needs and did not rushed me off for next patient, like other physician offices sometimes do. The office is very professional and great with communication. I would highly recommend Carbon Health Center for your Healthcare Needs!!

I called and got an appointment the same day for a Medicare Wellness Visit. The receptionist was pleasant and thorough. Did not wait long to be called back. The MA was very friendly and skillful, VS, EKG, instructions! But Dr Pablo was amazing, sat with me over an hour reviewing meds, labs, history etc. I appreciate all so much for your excellent care and time!!! 🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this center — they provided misleading info by promising to perform a specific health exam that I was interested on the phone, so that I would book the appointment and pay the co-pay. An hour later, they then switched the story once I was in the exam room and said I’d have to book another appointment for the same issue they’d promised to be able to address today, within their office (more revenue flowing through, without my health needs addressed or met, as promised,) in the coming weeks. They had clearly been fastidious to get revenue through the door. Not only is this ILLEGAL, it is deeply manipulative and exploitative of people simply trying to do the best by their health.This was deeply disappointing, unethical, and manipulative. I would not recommend this practice or company. I did have a good experience with a different provider last week, but underhandedly one dishonest, unethical, and manipulation of patients taints them all.

Very disappointing experience with Carbon Health. I called ahead and was told I could walk in without an appointment, so I drove 40 minutes through heavy traffic to get there. Once I arrived, they told me walk-ins were not available. If walk-ins depend on availability, that should have been clearly explained on the phone before I wasted my time and gas. Better communication and respect for patients’ time is needed.
