Dr. Hira is truly exceptional. You can immediately tell he became a doctor because he genuinely cares about people—not just treating issues, but helping you stay healthy long-term. He’s incredibly thorough, takes the time to listen, and makes you feel fully supported in your care. His team reflects that same level of care. The assistants are consistently kind, efficient, and thoughtful—they keep everything running on time (often even early), while still being thorough and attentive. It’s rare to find a practice that balances warmth, professionalism, and efficiency this well. I feel very lucky to be a patient here

Went to Carbon because it was listed as in-network by my insurance, Aetna. They then billed me the full amount of the visit and Aetna treated it is as an out of network visit being zero cost share and doesn't apply to deductible. Because Carbon billed Aetna as "Hill Physicians Group". I've been fighting both entities to make this right for months - the fact that a patient has to somehow navigate the provider and insurer working together correctly is insane.

I've had to make 2 visits to urgent care this year. One trip to an ER and decided to try Carbon Health for the other (I'm not a hypochondriac, by the way). No comparison. I had to wait about an hour in the exam room, but the place was clean and the PA who saw me was thorough and had a great bedside manner. Would definitely go again (hopefully won't need to!)

I had an excellent experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care. I was seen by Allison Dong, who listened carefully to my symptoms and truly took the time to figure out what was going on with me. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also compassionate and thorough in her approach. The medical assistants and front-desk staff were equally wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful in addressing my needs. From intake to treatment, the care I received was top-notch. I highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care.

Made an appointment a week ago online for an urgent imaging and they called me 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me they have no imagining device in their facility. I was already 30 minutes on the way there by car and did not get the service, having to find last minute the above now. It is incredibly upsetting that the facility obviously never read the required comments on the requested booking form! You want to charge me for less than 24h notice if I‘d cancel but waste my time and tell me 15 minutes before my appointment that you can‘t accommodate a seriously urgent imagining request - AT ALL - at your facility!
