I would like to really thank the dynamic team at the 333?hegenberger Concentra location for all of the exceptional care they have shown for a senior/elder person with a workers com injury. Especially Dr.Aundrea Wilson, Sadie, Jeffrey, Demetria, the receptionist/clerical staff and the PT Department staff, David #1 and David #2 in the PT Dept. for all of the help received in navigating a senior person through the complex world of workers comp. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I say this as clinical nurse with over 30 years of medical experience. The care has been exceptional and greatly appreciated as I am helping this senior person manage all the complexities of receiving treatment. You all are an Amazing group of caring caregivers. 😊🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽😊🙏🏽♥️

I came to Concentra for a physical and TB test reading and had a really good experience. Even though there wasn’t a medical assistant immediately available, the operations manager, Ayesha, stepped in right away to help instead of making me wait. They easily could have read my TB test in the lobby, but they took the extra step of bringing me into a private room, which I appreciated. The visit was efficient, respectful, and well handled from start to finish. It was clear the team values patient care and professionalism. I’d feel comfortable coming back here again.

The staff - they are very nice, they move in a timely fashion... get you in and out as soon as they can. I went in today for a DOT physical / pre-employment drug test and it was Flawless ! Dr Andrea is so nice and informative

My appointment was supposed to be approximately 1-2 hours, but it took 5 hours in total. Some people were able to able to finish theirs before me despite my appointment being one of the first of the day. The people at the front desk were nice, though, and apologized for the inconvenience. If I could, I would choose another Concentra.

The staff and young man that did my test were very professional and the time in and out both with appointment and follow up was superb
