Walked in and could barely walk. 3 staff there never offered wheelchair so I remained standing in pain. Everyone after me was called in. I was called in put in an exam room and waited 40 minutes because other patients were a “medical priority”. I was told I would be given a note for work- no note ever given. At that point I was done with this dump. Never again do I hope I have to return here. Unprofessional, biased, un compassionate, and uncoordinated staff. What a nightmare. It was worse dealing with this place than dealing with my health matter. Don’t come here.

DO NOT COME HERE. You will regret it. I went to Sutter Health Urgent Care for a basic respiratory virus. There were around 10 people waiting on a weekday evening, yet it took almost three hours to be seen. The clinic is woefully understaffed, and to be clear, I do not blame the doctors or staff. They were very competent and working extremely hard in an impossible setup. The visit itself lasted only a few minutes. I got a prescription for cough medicine and a respiratory PCR test. That’s it. The bill came out to $1,076. Insurance paid $198. I owed $877. I asked billing to review it, to which they responded that everything was coded correctly and the charges stand. This is the business model. Capture patients when they're sick and desperate. Keep them waiting for hours in an understaffed facility. Provide minimal care. Bill them nearly $900 after insurance. If you have any other option, a different urgent care, your primary doctor, literally anywhere else, use it. This place treats healthcare as a profit extraction system, not a service to help people when they're sick. You deserve better than this. Go somewhere that actually values patients over billing codes.

Took my 12 month old son to urgent care on a Thursday evening due to labored breathing. The staff and doctor were helpful. The doctor diagnosed him with croup and ran other tests such as RSV, Covid and did X-ray to rule out pneumonia. I appreciated his thoroughness. He treated my son, prescribed medication and said to come back 2 days if his condition didn’t improve. Overall, it was a good experience for having to go to urgent care.

Has a spider bite treated. The doctors and other staff were great. My only minor complaint was the wait time. Sitting together in a small room with coughing people is unnerving. The staff did call in an additional doctor to speed thins up. That helped a lot! I give them credit for that

The staffs were very caring and friendly. The doctor really respected the patient. 5/5! I walked in and waited for around one and a half hours.
