My review September 2024: I had a terrible experience at this doctor’s office on 9/3/25 and will never return. My son’s appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, but wasn’t seen until after 12 PM. The physician assistant, Brooke, completely disregarded the fact that my son has asthma. Despite him explaining that he needed a steroid, she prescribed only cough medicine. Later that same day, I had to take my son to a different doctor’s office, where he was immediately prescribed a steroid—and he is already doing much better. On top of that, Michaela at the front desk did not follow through with sending the prescription to the pharmacy. In addition to that she continuously talked over me when I attempted to explain my frustration. Hours later, when I checked with the pharmacy, they told me they had never received it. I called the doctor’s office, and they admitted the submission had failed, but no one bothered to double-check or notify us. This wasted half a day while my son went without the medication he needed. This office fell extremely short of my expectations in both professionalism and patient care. If I could give zero stars, I would. My initial review August 2025: Set up an appointment for a Sunday morning but showed up an hour early as soon as they opened for a swollen finger & N.P. Elizabeth was awesome, super friendly and straight up with me during the visit. They saw me as soon as I walked in, although I was more than an hour earlier than my appointment and I was able to be taken back in less than five minutes. From the time I walked in until the time I left was 30 minutes. I was glad they were opened because the night before I was not finding any urgent care places in the area until Monday. The staff was also very friendly once I walked in they were able to assist, I would definitely recommend going here.

Today I had an exceptional experience. The Nurse Practitioner treated me with a level of kindness, professionalism, and dedication that truly impressed me. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood every aspect of my care. Her compassion and genuine commitment to her patients’ well-being were evident from the very beginning. I am truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality healthcare. Professionals like her make a real difference in people’s lives.

Finding a good urgent care nowadays can be hard… I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the staff at A Plus Family Ur gent Care is deserving of 5 stars after my experience today! The PA Liz and the rest of the office staff were super nice, knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend

Went in with negative justifications of walk in rates these days at $160. Left feeling like I received a discount. Mireya, Mikaela and the Doc showed extra concern, care, and professionalism in making me feel better. God forbid I need urgent care again, but this will be my go to in the future.
