Very please with the service at guidewell. We love the convenience of walking in to a clean, calm and friendly emergency center. We have a son with severe special needs so all of the above are important. We also appreciate the ability to do several test and diagnostics in the same facility. That’s to Dr Matt/Matthew for his kindness understanding and recommendations for our son’s care. The team was great.

Everyone at Guidewell is attentive. From the receptionists to the nurses and techs to the doctors. They greet you kindly when you come in. I have seen Dr. Haddad in the past and she's an absolute delight. She actually LISTENS to the patient which is something a lot of doctors don't do these days. And she will answer your questions and come up with a plan together. She's amazing. I have always been treated with respect and dignity by everyone in the office. Much different than how the hospital ER is. Also here the wait time is quick. 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with GuideWell. Their customer service was professional, caring, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Every question was answered clearly, and they made everything easy to understand. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and provides such reliable support. The staff was amazing- quick check-in short wait to see one of the best doctors- Dr Haddad. She did a thorough exam took her time to answer all our questions and diagnosed me with an outer ear infection. Prescribed a coup antibiotics and we were on our way

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a medical facility with such high reviews, and it’s well deserved! I was told they were extremely busy when I arrived and it may be a long wait, and when I was leaving, everyone apologized profusely for my wait, but I think everything was done in a timely manner. I was there for about 4.5hr from check in to check out. Everyone I encountered was so kind (Yvonne at the front, Kelsey the patient care tech, the CT tech, and Dr. Hook) and genuinely cared about my comfort. I was able to wait in a private room with a stretcher, and they made me comfortable with a pillow and warm blankets, so the time passed quickly. It’s hard to find a place where everyone you encounter is kind and warm. When leaving, I was given a printout of my labs and CT report without me asking, and the CT report included a QR code to view my images, which is very cool. I’m glad I chose Guidewell, and I will choose them every time I have a need. Thank you!
