I have brought my daughter here anytime she's had symptoms needing to be treated. The PA is amazing and my daughter loves her. Asked if we were seeing her again when we went. The staff is great as well! They're very friendly and amazing themselves!

Dr. Marc Thernelus and his nurse Gabriela at AdventHealth Centra Care Carrollwood are absolutely outstanding. Every time I go there, I receive such compassionate, professional, and attentive care. Dr. Thernelus always takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make me feel comfortable and cared for. Gabriela is equally wonderful — kind, supportive, and always welcoming from the moment you walk in. The entire experience is consistently positive, and it truly makes a difference when you’re not feeling your best. I always leave feeling reassured and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that is both so knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I honestly love going there because I know I’m in great hands every single time. Highly recommend!

George received the best of care. Stephen his lunch was a wonderful advocate. Minder, addressed his special needs. She was patient and kind. All the staff were outstanding.

My daughter had an eye infection and glad I brought her here, every one was super friendly, place is clean and we only waited for 5 minutes to be seen. The lady at the front desk gave my daughter crayons and coloring paper, she got stickers from the nurse, and the doctor talked to her as if she was his own daughter 😊 Thank you so much for being nice and caring people. My daughter normally hates doctors but now she is begging me to take her back her.

had an excellent experience at AdventHealth Centra Care Carrollwood. From the very beginning, Tammy and Del at the front desk made a great impression. They greeted me warmly, already had my information pulled up, and quickly confirmed that my deductible was paid. At first the system still showed a co-pay, but with a quick refresh they straightened it out with no problem at all. What stood out most was how friendly, professional, and efficient they were. Even though there were other people waiting who had arrived before me, because I booked online they had me checked in and called back in less than five minutes. Tammy and Del made the whole start of my visit stress-free and deserve a lot of credit for that. Aurea Dasilva Desouza, PA-C, was an excellent provider. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and gave me confidence about the plan moving forward. Gabriela was also very kind and attentive during my visit, making sure I was comfortable and that things went smoothly. The star of the visit was Alexia, the X-ray technician. She took my vitals and performed my X-rays with complete professionalism and a great attitude. She explained everything step by step, worked quickly but carefully, and made me feel completely at ease. On top of that, she even sent me home with a CD of my X-rays. Now all I need to do is track down an antique store that still sells computers with a CD drive so I can open it. This location also has on-site X-rays, which is a big advantage because not every urgent care offers that. It makes getting answers so much easier. Overall, this was one of the best healthcare visits I have had. The whole team worked together to make it quick, professional, and compassionate. Tammy and Del made check-in simple, Aurea and Gabriela provided excellent care, and Alexia went above and beyond. I feel much better now and have the tools to talk to my PCP about the next steps to get my back feeling better every day.
