About the nicest and most professional group of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Extremely fast service as well. So good! Looking at a negative review on here, it looks like people need to take extra care at choosing the correct location they leave negative reviews about. This is an urgent care clinic, not a hospital, so when someone complains that it "took too long to get admitted. " and referring to the location as a hospital, they obviously weren't speaking about this place. Do better reviewers!

I took my wife to this facility when she was suffering from severe headaches, chills, and body pain. Despite having insurance, the reception staff took nearly an hour just to verify it and admit her. During this time, there was no sense of urgency. Unfortunately, even the nurses inside were not empathetic or supportive. The hospital is filled with posters and quotes saying “we care for you,” but our experience was the complete opposite. The care felt impersonal and dismissive. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking for alternative healthcare options in Tampa.

I was seen at AHCC Temple Terrace today, and the treatment received was absolute perfection. From the time I was checked in and greeted with a beautiful welcoming smile by Mrs. Lillian, to the awesome clinical staff Alyssa and Tee and then to the wonderful treatment by physician Jodea Charles, I would recommend the Temple Terrace location to anyone looking to receive health care treatment. They definitely get a 10 out of 10 from me. Keep up the great work!!!

Arrived with two people in front of me. I’ve been here 2.5 hours aka not 45 minutes. After two hours someone brought me back to the room. The last thirty minutes no one has come in. It’s quiet as can be here — clearly patients are not a priority at this location. And there’s no respect for informing patients what is happening. Highly advise against coming here . Also INSANELY expensive for an urgent care. Pretty sure they lied and don’t take my insurance/not in network. Almost triple the price supposed to be. Disrespectful to be dishonest about cost when other urgent care options around.

As a person who has visited this location regularly over the last 10 years, I can say this urgent care is awful. Every time I visit, the wait time is around 1+ hour, then additional long waits in the patient room in the back. I’ll have a terrible experience, then forget about it for 2 years, try it again, have a terrible experience, repeat. I’ve been 3-4 times in the last 10 years. Every time I go, I hope that it’s changed only to be disappointed. The location is conveniently located close to where I live so it’s so tempting. But it’s better to just go to the TGH fasttrack 25 min away.
