My 4 YO granddaughter is visiting us for the month of June. She started complaining of back pain that appeared to be from the kidney and she was needing to go the bathroom urgently and frequently. We were far from her home and regular doctor. We found this urgent care through a Google search and the reviews were good and wait was short, so I took her there. We interacted with Minerva, at the front desk who was patient and wonderful through my countless calls back to my granddaughter' mom. Milly helped my granddaughter catch a urine sample for the very first time. She was so patient and helpful. The PA, Sena, was incredibly thorough. The urine test came back fine but she could see something didn't quite seem right. She gave my granddaughter a thorough examination, we put her mother on speaker phone and Sena made sure she got a full picture of her health history. Sena had logical theories and suggested treatments but she didn't quite seem satisfied. For one final test, she decided to swab her throat to test for strep. It was positive. Who would have thought that all these urinary and digestive symptoms would have lead to strep throat! We truly appreciate Sena's thoroughness and the kindness of everyone in that office. Much appreciated. Thank you!

I have been taking my son to After Hours for years, except for the most recent visit. Medical Assistant Millie, short dark hair had a nasty attitude and approach. She called my son in while I was in the restroom and insisted he come with her for weight. My son told her he was going to wait for me to go to the room when she asked to follow her. She did not like that. I came out the restroom, went to the room with my son, and asked her for his weight; she gave an attitude, so I asked and went to have it taken again with me present this time. I had to request a different assistant then to discharge us and not her. She was very unpleasant, unprofessional, did not follow protocols and needs to not work with kids and parents as she misrepresents that urgent care with her reckless demeanor.

Never have I been treated with so much kind and compassion at a doctors office. My daughter was incredibly sick, and they took the most kind, and tender care of her! The nurse esp was incredible! So loving and kind. And felt she treated my child as if it were her own! Highly recommend this urgent care for your babies!

Anyone else would have pushed just through and would have missed that possible fracture above my daughter's growth plate. I cannot thank you enough for your dedication to treat and investigate the care for my child as a knowledgeable parent would. I love your teamwork. Truly thank you. 😊

I brought my kiddo in to be seen last night, and Yali, the nurse, was amazing. She listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about my child feeling unwell. She is the only reason we did not leave as I wanted to. There was this awful smell in the office, and because of this, I will not be returning. I can’t imagine how the staff has to endure that atrocious smell! It is unacceptable!!
