I’ve been sitting in this waiting area for an hour, and IM JUST NOW GETTING CHECKED IN!? Who waits AN HOUR with someone already signed in on the tablet for staff to “check them in” AND THEY HAD MY ID THE WHOLE TIME

Only gave 4 stars due to the excessive amount of time I had to wait. Probably not a fair assessment as the check in nurse told me that she had never seen it so busy & the day before they were not busy at all. The service I did receive was very good. I needed an X-ray of my hand to rule out a broken finger. Luckily for me I had no broken bones, just bruises & contusions. The waiting room had adequate seating & a TV for patients to watch. X-ray tech was pleasant & completed her job with skill & speed. Dr reviewed X-rays & advised what care to take for my scrapes & bruises & that I had no broken bones. Should I need to go there again I will call & reserve a time to come in to avoid the long wait. I was not aware that could be done & it is nice to avoid time in the waiting room. Nice clinic & everyone was very nice & professional. I would go there again but call ahead for appt time.

I made an appointment online. When I arrived, the office was empty. several minutes later, someone came to the desk and checked me in. Soon after, I was taken to a room and the nurse got my vitals. The nurse practitioner was amazing and quickly analyzed my problem and suggested medication and home treatment. She was very thorough and cheerful. the office was clean and quite large. I highly recommend the facility. this will become my new urgent care facility.

I have never been to an urgent care in Florida. As soon as I stepped in this morning, the girl at the front desk was so sweet, she made me feel so comfortable. Lucas was awesome, great bedside manner. I highly appreciate your hospitality!!!! Thank you again!!! Goodness, I also cannot forget the triage nurse or MA, curly hair. Hate that I don't have names, but she was nice as well, and the girl that discharged me was so sweet. Overall, everybody was excellent!!

What an exceptional team of caring staff members at this urgent care facility. Greeted by a sweet Jersey gal at the front desk who made check in very quick and easy. Then off to nurse Bailey who was understanding , calming, bedside manner of an absolute angel and knowledgeable in her quality health care practice. Dr Kevin was intelligent, caring and well versed in how my treatment plan would need to be managed. I left a very happy patient. The thought of going to a hospital gives me massive anxiety. With an experience like this it’s no wonder hospital care is no longer my first go to. Thank you all for taking such great care of me yesterday!
