Itzel Rodriguez a month agoFirst time here and it was fast and easy. Sweet front desk lady. Needed to fill out forms which took a bit but once that was all done, was called back to be seen. Nurse made me feel comfortable, asked a few questions for the dr and told me she would be right in. Only had to wait for the dr for 10mins which is unheard of. In and out with an 1hr 30mins or so.
Xeno 2 a month agoI spent $150 to wait an hour for them to do nothing for me! I came in with a mild issue. I had an appointment time set, arrived exactly on time and checked in, and had to wait an hour to be seen. When I was seen, they did a quick physical examination and said nothing looked wrong at all but then said they had to refer me to the er. And they tried to call me an ambulance. I didn’t want to go because it didn’t seem necessary at all and I asked if they could do anything else for me, not even treatment but just to at least find out what it was that I had. They refused to do anything for me and said I had to go to the er immediately. So when I declined, they rushed me out of the office. And I saw TWO different doctors, one before I went, and one afterward who both said I did not need to go to the er at all. If I would have gone to the er I would’ve had to pay thousands of dollars for no reason and basically would’ve been scammed even worse.
Jeanne Rowe a month agoI am 70 and went in w serious gastrointestinal issues and totally weak. Blood pressure showed this as evident. I explained I'd been caring for my grandchildren w strep throat. The first nurse/aid said you don't have strep throat older people don't get it. This is false information. They do and they get gastrointestinal issues w it. The dr said test her. I was negative w the rapid test. They sent out a culture to verify. It's been 4 days and still no results. The dr said to take an antibiotic. I told him the last time I was in there the dr said to let future drs know I have a resistance to that antibiotic as we have tried it for other infections w no results and had to go in another round of antibiotics. He questioned the validity but gave me another to take if needed. I felt both these conversations were unprofessional. Especially the nurse. How long to results take on a culture? That should probably be adviced to the patient upon leaving.
Taylor Panno a month agoI have come here before and loved it but i came after a car accident and in pain and was turned away until i had a claim number for insurance. the second i walked in the elderly front desk lady saying to me “there’s a wait, see the people behind you?” i’m sorry, what happened to hello how are you? like okay ?? i didn’t ask if there was a wait? anyway i told front desk i was okay using my own health insurance, as this was not my first car accident and i was well aware of how my insurance works and i knew i could send bills later to be covered. the older woman at the first desk spoke to me in the most degrading tone when i told her i was unable to call my insurance company right now, as the car and policy was through my father who was at work and i just got into an accident that totaled my car an hour prior and was really not in capacity to be speaking with insurance. she told me “YOU can call”. like ???? i didn’t ask ?? i was telling you im not calling right now. not once was i even asked if i was okay after telling them i was in a car accident and had to be dropped off here by uber. no empathy from people working in healthcare is a disgrace. i was 100 percent okay using my own health insurance i just wanted to be seen as i was leaving on a flight the next day and wanted to get an rx asap. i went to tgh fast track and was seen no problem.
Richard Wright 5 months agoThese people were awesome! From the from receptionist to the NP and Techs, they were personable, professional and genuinely seemed to care. I would recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care. They went above and beyond to help get me through my illness and back to health.
