I was here on Monday with my daughter. We both were seen by a physician here. I told them I was having chest pains and they absolutely ignored me. Fast forward to this moment my left hand is definitely feeling numb and is also very red. My daughter tested with +3 Leukocytes in her urine and instead of prescribing her with antibiotics they told me that they were going to wait for the culture to come back to later decide if they were going to treat her or not. We also visited this same place 3 weeks ago, they called me and when we spoke they told me that the culture was negative that I was fine later come to find out Monday when I was there in person that something did actually come up on the culture from 3 weeks ago so they lie and pretend like our lives are just some type of joke. Guys if something happens to me tonight and I don't make it I beg yall to help me make them accountable for their actions. Neither my child or me deserve to be lied to as if our lives weren't important! If you believe in God please say a prayer for us. I don't want to die yet I have a life waiting for me out there and so does my bby! 🙏

My visit today was horrible. I waited 1.5 hours until I was seen, I’ve never been here for more than an hour. The doctor even told me I was going to be her quickest patient. I wound up waiting so long I was late to work. They also sent my prescription to a pharmacy that’s almost 2 HOURS AWAY!! I gave them the address to my pharmacy twice and this isn’t my first time here so I’m unsure why they did this. Extremely unprofessional and I’ve already been on hold for 20 minutes with the pharmacy to try and transfer it. I’m so upset and I’m in so much pain I just want my medicine.

I had fallen and made appointment at BayCare Urgent Care and told them I hit my head and butt on cement. Waited for quite awhile and when finally was seen was told they couldn't treat me because of the head injury and had to be treated at hospital. So it ended being a waste of time.

Had to go twice in one day. Minimal wait time and both docs highly professional. The evening doctor was exceptional.

Seen quickly. All staff very nice. Had to get stitches. Doctor(PA) was very caring and really took his time. Great experience all the way.
