After looking around for an Urgent Care. I searched and called places to find a what looks to be a good place that didn't cost an arm and leg. I called in and the lady on the phone was very polite! She was upfront in regards to cost and pricing as well. When we arrived around 8:10am. We were welcomed with a very friendly staff and a clean waiting room. I did not have to wait too long to get called back and most of the paperwork was done digitally. From start to finish, everyone was very straightforward, kind and personal. I ended up getting an X-Ray and Brace for my leg. In total my Self Pay was $230. To me this was very affordable compared to others I've called around too. We ended up leaving right around 10:00am. If you have any incident that happens and are in need of a solid care team. This place is somewhere to look into. Great staff, affordable care and just a general good feeling especially when you don't necessarily want to be there!

I made a reservation online to hold my place in line and arrived 15 minutes early. I was immediately and kindly greeted by the gentleman at the front desk that was knowledgeable of the care system that I was using. The nurse and nurse practioner were very efficient and friendly. I had no wait time throughout the entire visit and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy of my choice. It might have been a slow time for them, but feel confident that even if they were busy that I would have been taken care of as soon as they were possibly able to. Thank you, All! Amazing experience! I went here after having a not so pleasant experience at OPES Health Channelside. My experience here was phenomenal. I am big on vibrations and this establishment had such positive energy. The receptionist at the front desk was so attentive and polite. She answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. Making my way to the back, each individual that I encountered had a great attitude. The doctor was very pleasant and had answers to all of my questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to my family and friends.

I recently visited this facility and I must say that although it was busy, my experience was great. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and I felt very welcomed. I hope this comment reaches Aries as she was such a joy on a day when I was feeling down. I was in the waiting room for at least an hour and in that time I noticed her handle everyone gracefully and politely. What an awesome young lady! Thank you to this great staff.

When I arrived there were only 2 people in the waiting room yet it took an hour and 1/2 for me to be called back to see the medical provider. The front desk gentleman was rather surly and never explained what was taking so long. The Provider was good, efficient and knowledgeable. However I sat in the exam room for 10 minutes after she left waiting for ??? I finally poked my head out and asked if it was OK for me to leave. I would not go there if I had a really urgent care issue...there was no urgency at all to the way I has treated.
