I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The first time I visited, I paid for all the pre-operative testing requested by my surgeon. However, they failed to provide all the required documents. After contacting them, I had to return to the clinic because 4 important items were missing. On my second visit, they only provided 2 of the 4 missing documents. I was then told that additional blood work was needed, so they drew more blood and I had to wait again for new results. Unfortunately, after all of that, the clinic sent me the wrong results once more. My surgeon specifically requested quantitative testing, but the clinic repeatedly sent qualitative results instead, which are not acceptable for my surgery clearance. This process has caused unnecessary delays, frustration, extra trips, and a great deal of stress. Communication has also been very difficult throughout the entire process. I expected much better attention to detail and accuracy, especially considering the amount paid for these services.

I am writing to formally recognize Danielle for the exceptional service she provided today. Her level of care was truly top-tier; she was professional, incredibly sweet, and brought a fantastic energy to the entire experience. It is rare to encounter someone so consistently on point. The best experience we have ever had at an urgent care. The most caring staff and nurses. The doctor was so kind and patient. I love that this practice is now family owned rather than big pharma!! I hope we never have to go to an urgent care again but if we do this will be the only place we go

Keisha the Receptionist was absolutely amazing! She understood my situation and guaranteed me quick service, so I can make it to my cruise on time.I thank her the medical assistant and the provider for providing excellent, quality, and fast care!

The Dr and staff made me feel better before I got diagnosed. I had a terrible sinus infection. Like terrible, I was in tears. I couldn’t breathe, or see very well because of all the congestion. The Dr said to me “It’s okay , I'm going to help you get better" and I believed him. Thank you for the compassion.
