Horrible experience! I visited for acute cholecystitis with 10/10 pain and vomiting. I sat in the room in excruciating pain for 2 hours before getting any type of relief while doing the testing ans evaluation. That med barely touched it and had to wait another 1.5 hours for pain to be addressed due to shift change. I ended up in surgery and admitted for 4 days with a bad infection. The nurses had bad attitudes and were uninterested in what was happening. The radiology and Vascular tech were absolutely amazing. They were a blessing to me that evening just from their kindness alone.

Maybe it was just a bad night for the ER but I felt several people that work there just didn’t care about patient comfort. Having to sit in the waiting room with and IV lead in my arm and my urine sample with other patients felt terrible. No one came out to provide any of us updates to the reasons for the delay in treatment nor was I given any pain meds for over 4 hours. Do better TGH Kennedy Emergency Care!

I came here last night due to my ankle being in excruciating pain. I sat there for about three hours and payed $100 hours for them to give me ibuprofen (as I was leaving) and an air brace. First of all they told me I had a sprain, but could not diagnose me with the grade level of sprain. The air brace supported the areas that WERE NOT in pain and when I questioned this I asked if I should be receiving a boot or even a pair of crutches, they told me that was not necessary and would not help but then told me to buy an $100 scooter to stay off my foot. Also, my discharge papers literally tell me I should be in a cast or a boot and on crutches when they would not provide that for me. So today I went to a new doctor and have been given a boot because the grade level of sprain that I have and the level of pain I am in. I got provided with crutches aswell. I will say the nurses are very nice and phenomenal. It is just the doctors that have no clue what they are doing or sense of urgency. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing! below is what the air brace looks like that they gave me compared to the boot I received today!!!!

Scam artists truly. Billed me over $700 just to be in the hospital after being bit by a stray cat. My insurance got it down to $350. Paid it. I then get charged an additional $350 from THE DOCTOR. The doctor who told me I didn’t need any shots. $700 visit to SIT IN A CHAIR. I have actually never heard of that. Will never come back.

Hi my is Elizabeth Rosario I went to tgh Kennedy last thinking in my mind I was treated good, And to my surprise I will never step foot in there again. I was told by an rn to stop screaming like I was doing this out of enjoyment. No I was not I was really in horrible pain
