Amanda Endicott 4 months agoThe provider, Tonya Hanley, was amazing. My daughter was so comforted by her. She gets 5 stars, but post appointment was a horrible experience. They told me the medication would be $50 through them. It was late, so they said they would just call the next day to take payment over the phone. I paid the $50 and a week later, I’m getting a bill that says the medication was $100 and I owe $50 more. They also gave me a CD with her X-ray on it. I took it to Florida Orthopedics and gave it to them. After waiting, 30 minutes they said they can never read the CD images from TGH fast track. They said TGH is fine but the fast track images never open, and that they come locked. I don’t understand why they would give you an image that’s useless. She had to get new images at the ortho (another 45 min wait) with no guarantee that insurance will cover them again after only 2 days. I just was on hold for 20 minutes to talk to the billing department because they called me for payment. But when I was “the next caller” it just told me to leave a message. Such a waste of time and money. *update-Now I’m getting a bill for the entire visit because it says I “have no insurance on file” even though they scanned my military ID since I have Tricare and I filled out all the information on their iPad at the beginning of the visit. I’ve called three times to the number listed. The first made me leave a message once it was my turn, the second time I waited for 20 min for the call to drop as I was transferred to somebody, i immediately called back and was now “the sixth caller.” I have asked for a call back within 24 hours but I work as a nurse during the day so I’m sure I won’t be able to answer. I don’t understand why the aren’t filing it through my insurance. *finale update- The office manager, Val, called me today. She was wonderful and straightened everything out. It means a lot that they value feedback and make things right.
Jordan Hayes a month ago🚨🚨🚨 PLEASE READ 🚨🚨🚨 I came to TGH due to worsening symptoms approximately one week after undergoing surgery there. During my visit, Chris Azar entered the room and immediately displayed what I considered highly unprofessional behavior. He did not introduce himself, shake hands, acknowledge my wife or me, or initiate any form of professional communication. Instead, he stood silently staring at us, as though expecting us to begin the interaction ourselves. When we attempted to explain the reason for the visit and ask questions regarding my worsening condition, he repeatedly rolled his eyes and responded dismissively. At one point, he stated, “Why are you here? I can’t help you.” My wife and I looked at each other in confusion and simply asked whether he could at least relay the information to my doctor. He responded, “I can, but you can call and get the same result, so it’s pointless.” Throughout the interaction, his demeanor remained hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional. Without providing any assistance or explanation, he abruptly walked out of the room without saying anything further. As my wife and I decided to leave, he yelled, “I’m calling your doctor,” in what we perceived as a disrespectful and confrontational manner. The situation escalated further when he followed us out of the room and into the hallway, loudly stating, “I’m going to get you kicked out of all of TGH for life,” and, “You seem to be fine for someone with seven back surgeries.” These comments were shocking, humiliating, and entirely inappropriate in a medical setting. To make matters worse, he later documented in MyChart that I threatened to kill him and referred to him by his full name, despite the fact that I did not even know his full name at the time. These allegations are completely false. I am currently taking steps to address and correct any false reports or documentation related to this incident and will continue doing everything possible to ensure this matter is properly acknowledged and investigated. This experience was deeply upsetting for both my wife and me, especially while seeking medical care during an already difficult postoperative recovery. I hope everyone considers going elsewhere for your care if the ARPN, Christopher Azar, is in charge of “helping” with any urgent matter.
SwordsandWolves 4 months agoAll the staff were very nice. I did have to wait a bit, but it was a pretty full house when I got there. The nurse was very polite and the doctor addressed my issue informatively and with the best methods he could. We’ll see how it heals.

P B 2 months agoThoroughly impressed. Those gals working in there had been working all day (no eight hour shift either) and saw me late in the day and they still seemed happy and eager to help me when I was feeling terrible. Absolutely terrible. I was actually impressed by the informational display that was in the examination room. It actually seemed to have good helpful information. Unfortunately I was feeling so terribly I didn't pay it a lot of mind. Seems like TGH Urgent Care has it together! Thanks so much!
