We had an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience here. My son needed a TB blood test for a strict college deadline by May 15th. Even though our paperwork clearly stated that skin tests were not accepted, two staff members performed a skin test anyway, wasting 3days of our time during a very time-sensitive situation. When we asked for the doctor's signature, the doctor confirmed it was the clinic's mistake and authorized a full refund. We then had to go to a different lab (Labcorp) to get the proper blood test done on Monday. The lab told us the results would be sent directly to both the patient and the referring clinic within 72 hours. After 3days, my son visited this urgent care alone to check if they received it. However, the staff gave him an uncooperative answer, claiming that 'no such system exists' to receive direct results, and turned him away with any other explanation. 2hours later, after confirming the negative test results myself, I visited the clinic to get the paperwork updated. This time, they completely contradicted themselves and told me I had to bring my son back in person again! It has been four days, and my refund is still not processed. What should have taken two simple visits turned into five inefficient, stressful trips due to their total lack of communication and unprofessional service.

I went in without calling first. I only had to wait for a few minutes, Evelyn is the nice lady at the desk, very knowledgeable and kind. First thing, I noticed how clean everything was. The Medical tech was gentle, patient and courteous. Megan, ARNP was the best. She is very thorough, very knowledgeable. She listened to my answers, and took great care to read the contents of my chart. he called prescriptions for the meds she wanted me to take. I could not have asked for better treatment.

The service was great. The provider went above and beyond to help me with my health issues. She was empathetic and supportive. The treatment that she gave me was spot on, much better than what I received a couple of days before in the Emergency Room. The speed of service was great and everyone in the office was super helpful and friendly.

We were informed that two individuals were being attended to, and there were five individuals ahead of us. Consequently, the expected wait time was estimated to be thirty to forty minutes. Regrettably, the actual wait extended to an hour and thirty minutes, followed by an additional thirty minutes spent in the examination room. I should have been provided with the accurate wait time, which would have allowed me to be more productive during that period. Your staff handles this on a daily basis, so such a significant discrepancy is simply unacceptable. The level of care was normal. I huge win was the had the medication in stock and I avoided a trip to the pharmacy.

I needed non-emergency medical care. When I visited their website, I was offered the opportunity to get an appointment the next morning. I pre-checked in through MyChart. When I arrived, I was checked in and promptly seen. Megan examined me and was able to treat my ailment. I was in and out in half an hour. I did not feel rushed and was very happy with the medical care provided.
