I had an excellent experience with my new nurse practitioner, Courtnee Jones! She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and supportive throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood everything we discussed. I also really appreciated how helpful she was with referrals and next steps for my care. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients. I’m very grateful to have her as part of my healthcare team and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who listens and supports you every step of the way!

I want to highlight Angie at the front desk, she was truly fantastic. I needed help with an old Medicare situation, and she made the process so easy and smooth. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness really stood out. Angie went above and beyond, and I left feeling taken care of.

I got a flu shot today given by Brittany, and it was by far the easiest shot I’ve ever gotten in my life. BARELY even felt a pinch - I was beyond impressed. I wasn’t even sure it had been done yet by the time the Band-Aid was put on. I was in and out of the clinic in about 10 minutes. Angie at the front desk was super helpful and kind. And PA Ebonee was very personable. Definitely will be back again for my medical needs in the future.

Came here for an appointment today 4/3, and the front desk was not there when I first arrived so I had to wait outside the door. Mind you I’m 30 mins early to my appointment. She finally comes and lets me in after waiting for about 5 mins, and instead of checking me in she tells me to have a seat and that she’ll be right with me. I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and still have not been checked in. How will the doctor know that I’m here? Overall she was not welcoming didn’t have any sense of urgency, horrible experience for this to be my first visit. The girl at the front literally started asking personal confidential questions out loud. Where is the confidentiality? So just because you’re at work by yourself I have to risk my HIPPA laws being violated and on top of a rude front desk person. No. I told her to cancel my appointment and walked out.

Angie and Bah are the most lovely, kind hearted women. I have been to this office enough to where Angie recognized me and asked how I was doing (school, family, etc). The staff listens to you and cares about you genuinely. They are not just healthcare workers, but also genuine people. I never feel rushed to be in and out and I always feel resolved when leaving. I love love love this place and these women!
