From the moment we walked into Urgent Care on Cascade Rd, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The front desk staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Even though my mom was in a lot of pain, she still found a way to make her laugh and feel at ease — and that meant more than she probably knows. When we were taken to the back, Nurse Kai and Nurse Practitioner Mrs. Irene were absolutely excellent. They were attentive, compassionate, and very thorough in explaining everything regarding my mom’s care. They didn’t rush us. They made sure we understood what was happening and what the next steps were. Their bedside manner was truly exceptional. I am so grateful they chose to bring this urgent care to Cascade Rd. These phenomenal nurses are truly a godsend to our community. In moments when you feel overwhelmed and worried, it is a blessing to be met with care that feels genuine and heartfelt. May God continue to bless the hands that care for others and the hearts that serve with compassion. Thank you for being a light in a time we truly needed it.

I do not often go to urgent care but this facility was by far the best. Great personable service. The provider took her time to explain things in detail. She made me feel comfortable with asking questions and provided great follow up. After my visit, the provider personally called to check in on me to find out how I was doing. I would definitely recommend.

My experience was exceptional. Although I was not feeling well, Ashley the front desk receptionist was full of energy and encouraged me to feel better! The convenience of having top tier medical service in the Cascade area is great!

Front desk Brittany was very polite and helpful. She continuously gave me updates about my wait time and she was pleasant. My MAs Nicole and Jessica were both kind and knowledgeable giving me instructions about next steps. Irene my NP was great she diagnosed the problem and showed me why she gave said diagnosis. For my first visit to an Atlanta urgent care this visit was the best I ever had. Black girls rock 💕

Amazing experience!! Jessica did my vitals and got me all checked in. She was warm and easy to talk to. Dr Clark came in, asked questions and was super attentive. I didn’t feel rushed, but heard. I was in and out in about 45 mins. Glad to have such a great facility in the neighborhood.
