Erica and Courtney at the Eye Care in West Midtown provided a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. This was easily a 10 out of 10. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. They both created an environment that was professional, warm, and genuinely inviting, which immediately set the tone. Erica was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Courtney matched that same energy with her patience, kindness, and attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed or transactional. They were intentional, present, and truly focused on delivering quality care. What stood out the most was how seamless and stress free they made everything. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask and made sure every step was handled with care and precision. That level of service is rare, and it made a lasting impression. If you are looking for top tier eye care with a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Erica and Courtney. They go above and beyond, and it shows in every interaction.

I had the best experience with Doctor Sylvia and her entire staff. I just recently moved back to Atlanta, in search for a reliable doctor and she Handled me with care, professionalism, and resolution. I’ve dealt with doctors in the past who were not attentive nor cared or just simply lacked empathy. But she was direct, compassionate, & realistic in all of her responses while still maintaining empathy. The woman at the front desk ( I didn’t catch her name ) was phenomenal. She made me laugh throughout my visit , not knowing how nervous I was. She’s a true gem to the office and is the light and welcoming energy that’s needed as soon as you enter . I can proudly call Doctor Sylvia my doctor and I look forward to my next visits. I know I am in good hands . Thank you ladies for handling me with care today. It meant more than they would even know.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire Northside staff for their exceptional care and professionalism. A special thank you to Dr. Akenji for always being compassionate, attentive, and helping resolve my concerns in a timely manner. She is truly an amazing physician, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Erica for being absolutely incredible. She efficiently handles both the front and back office every time I visit, all while remaining kind, pleasant, and professional. She plays such a huge role in creating a positive patient experience. Whatever she is making, double it! Both Dr. Akenji and Erica are invaluable, and I deeply appreciate everything they do.

Everyone here is SO nice! As soon as you walk in it’s such a welcoming and comfortable environment. I’ve been to so many doctors and had many different primary care doctors and this is like the best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional and kind and I’m so happy I found this place. My Nurse Practitioner Courtnee was absolutely the best and I will definitely be coming here for all my primary care needs moving forward. Cannot recommend enough :)

Great first visit! After an absolutely horrible experience at another location over a year ago, I pretty much wrote off AllCare. However, in my search for a new primary care physician, Dr. Crystal Moon at this location came highly recommended by a friend. My experience from start to finish with Erica and Crysal was wonderful. They were friendly, laid back and professional. They made me feel welcome and relaxed during the visit, and they were efficient.
