Very unprofessional. First I got here and there was no parking. I had to search for a parking space on the side of the road. The neighborhood was very sketchy. I waited an hour on the provider with no updates. The receptionist was new and didn’t really know how to use the software.They sent me a million reminders only for the provider to be late. Not going to add her name but this place was very unprofessional. Then there was a very rude employee in black scrubs who said he didn’t care about my wait which prompted this review. Save yourself sometime and go to piedmont

I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Kenyatta and the entire staff at this office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. The facility is always extremely clean and well-kept, which makes every visit feel comfortable and organized. Dr. Kenyatta consistently shows genuine empathy, patience, and care. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly listens and makes you feel seen as a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. That level of compassion goes a long way and is deeply appreciated. Thank you to Dr. Kenyatta and the whole team for creating such a positive environment and providing excellent care.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Daniels and her assistant, Ann. As a physician myself, I deeply appreciate a visit that is thorough, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Daniels demonstrated exceptional clinical attentiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend this practice! Ann exemplified a remarkable level of competence, poise, and medical insight. What stood out most to me was her ability to fully retain and summarize the details of my visit from memory before leaving the room. She confidently reviewed everything discussed and then thoughtfully asked, “Is that fair to say?” That level of attentiveness, comprehension, and professionalism made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. Her presence reflected both intelligence and exceptional patient-centered care. Their communication, efficiency, and understanding of patient care reflected both intelligence and a strong command of the clinical environment. Together, they create a seamless patient experience rooted in healthcare excellence.

It was great :) I saw Dr. Nya Burton & Ann and they were really kind and helped me with exactly what I came in for! I don't usually have a PCP, but the experience at this location may change my mind. Plus, the waiting room chairs have charging outlets & wifi access so I can work on proposals if get there early...yes, I take my job to doc appts. Remote work never ends 😆

Great visit! Dr Daniela was very attentive, friendly and compassionate to my concerns as always. Ann is such a genuinely good soul and naturally funny with that strike of stern! Her blood drawing skills are next level pain free compared to others I have had there! I will always spend my money here for the great service!
