As soon as I entered Urgent Care, Cherry( at the front desk), set the tone for my visit. She was most cordial, helpful, and professional. Moreover, Cherry went above and beyond to help me feel like a most valued patient, in that when she knew I was struggling with pain/ mobility issues, she recommended I have a seat, and she brought me back my insurance cards to the waiting room. How compassionate and awesome!! I also commend Dr.Ali. This was my first time being treated by him. I am both blessed and grateful to him, for his outstanding demeanor and way of connecting with me, along with his medical acumen. Dr.Ali provided excellent patient care with great aftercare recommendations. Many kudos to Cherry and Dr Ali for helping to make my experience a most positive one!!

Nurse Valencia(?) did a great job and was friendly while explaining what was happening. Dr. Klindenberg was amazing at communicating concisely and effectively. Smooth check in from reception and was seen and released quickly. I didn’t get the lobby managers name but she was also helpful in explaining. Total time inside was right over an hour

I have insurance but was still quoted a flat rate of $118. So, I left and went next door to Piedmont Urgent Care and didnt have to pay anything. Edit to respond: I did not have a copay. Neither will I receive a bill later as I had met my deductible according to Piedmont. Your receptionist told me that you charge a flat rate of $118. Your tone in your response reflects the unprofessionalism I experienced at your business. Your receptionist was more concerned with texting than doing her job. If you have supporting documentation from my insurance, please do share. I have no problem sharing the $0 bill from Piedmont. All people have to do is filter this review section to see that I am not the only person who have had a problem with the "flat rate" differing from their insurance. We all can't be lying.

The doctor’s assistant and doctor were so welcoming and friendly. You can tell they care about people here and now a days you don’t always get that feeling at a doctors office. I usually go to Piedmont Urgent Care in Buckhead but I will definitely be going here instead! Thank you both for making me feel better!

I was very happy with the care provided. Dr Perlin took time to listen when I described my symptoms and provided a logical analysis, which the testing soon confirmed. She explained my treatment options, providing sensible recommendations. The entire experience gave me confidence I was in good hands.
