I had an excellent experience at Atlanta Urgent Care and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of care I received. I came in for a skin rash that had been causing me a lot of concern, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The medical team took the time to carefully examine my symptoms, thoroughly explain what was causing the rash, and answer all of my questions in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush the appointment and instead made sure I understood both the diagnosis and the different treatment options available to me. What stood out most was how compassionate and effective everyone was throughout the visit. They created a calm and welcoming environment, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping me feel better as quickly as possible. I left feeling confident in the treatment plan and grateful for how smoothly and efficiently everything was handled. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for knowledgeable providers, excellent bedside manner, and high-quality patient care. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience.

From Tennessee but in Atlanta for a few months. Sickness hour in the middle of the night. I was able to schedule an online appointment & fill out all paperwork with ease! Staff were super friendly, upbeat, professional and took time to explain things thoroughly. I would recommend this clinic 💯!!!

My experience at Atlanta Urgent Care was great. Upon entering, the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the doctor, it was all positive from the beginning to the end of the visit. I will definitely go back to them if needed!!

I had a great experience. Went there because I was feeling nauseous. I called ahead to see if they accepted walk-ins and my insurance, they did. I came within an hour. The front desk person was nice, she offer me a bag in case I needed to puke and also got me a water when I asked. It took them about 30 mins to service me. The nurse and the doctor were very nice. I was given some medication and they let me lay there until they knew I was feeling better. I did not feel rushed. I am feeling much better. Thank you! I will be coming back again when needed.

Dr. Ferrara and his staff has been the best urgent care in Atlanta we have found. We have been going there for quite some time for us and our children and have always received best in class medical care. We highly recommend Dr. Ferrara and his Urgent Care Practice!
