Went to the travel clinic for necessary vaccinations. Had an excellent experience. Dr Fletcher spent a great deal of time reviewing the vaccines needed for the countries we will visit. She answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. I received a comprehensive travel packet which she also reviewed. We are so fortunate to have such a good travel clinic in our area. In fact it’s the best travel clinic I have been to. Excellent customer service. Will definitely go back for future trips.

Incompetent is the best word I can come up with - I don’t know how else to describe them. My daughter went in for a TB skin test. When she first went in there were loads of people in there so she asked if she could come back after work (10pm) and, if so, could she comeback around noon or 1pm for the results (leaving to go out of town so she needed to come at that time). She was told YES. She went back that night after work and the lady who performed her test then told her it had to be an entire 48 hours which meant she would have to wait until after 10pm (11pm to be exact) to get her results. She stated that she could go anywhere to have her results read. Called back on Sunday and they told her she had to go to a Concentra location to get them read. Well that’s not possible because there’s no Concentra where she is out of town. So now I’ve wasted $78 for a test that she can’t even use because she can’t get it read and I will have to pay for another one. There’s a lack of proper training and customer service at this location. The amount of misinformation coming from a clinical facility is astounding. I will be speaking with the practice manager about this and with corporate. You cannot be this uninformed and working with patients.

After getting off work, went to get a quick drug screen at midnight. I'm a provider who works in an urgent care sometimes so i know this takes 15-20 min tops. Add another 10-15 for registration. Holding my pee already. Proceeded to watch the girl leave the facility for 20 min and come back with food. I'm still not registered. That took an additional 35 min. While I'm the only one in the lobby, they proceeded to stop processing my information to answer everyone's question. Mind you only 2 ppl walked in but i proceeded to watch the techs literally put my info down and handle that info. Now I'm pissed because i have to pee as I've been holding it two hours and they are willfully being rude. The Hispanic girl finishes eating then takes my info and again starts but stops to handle someone else. At 1 am I'm allowed to use the bathroom. Again, this is stupid because i know this takes 30 min start to finish. These ma's were awful. I was the only one in there for 40 min. I should have been gone long before 1 freaking 30 am. Thank God my techs are so much better than them

Resection Great being very nice and professional A young lady call my name and proceed with the paperwork I believe she was being trained by a coworker She wasn’t friendly at all, and she was being very rude if I say anything wrong or I did anything wrong I am very sorry. I expected to be treated with respect. It’s sad that everyone was been nice and professional, but there’s always one bad Apple.

From start to finish, everyone was so nice and very informative. Sequoyia was was thorough and updated me on the process. Dr. Agyei was polite and curiously funny. Just want to thank everyone for a pleasant experience and love that this a 24hr establishment.
